“I had the triangle looking one years ago and it worked horribly, I was very skeptical about buying this....hafta say, this is amazing !!! It has a lil chart to let you know what to expect at different degrees. Hits nicely. Just have to plug it in more than I wanted, battery not very long. I'll continue to buy...thank you this rocks puff puff passsssss”

“I've been using the Hydrology9 now for about 3 months and I have to say that it is by far, head and shoulders above any other vape that I've used. I am incredibly impressed with the construction of this vape, the ease of use, and of course, the great hits you get from it. Only drawback is making sure that after cleaning, make sure you tighten all pieces to ensure no water leakage. Through my own fault, water leaked into my flower heating chamber which caused it to stop working. Being my error, I contacted Cloudious9 asking to have a replacement chamber sent to me at my cost. They were quick in responding and telling me that they will be sending me a new chamber with no charge. Now that is customer service, which is lacking so much these days when dealing with companies. If you're looking for a new vape, don't hesitate to deal with Cloudious9. 10 stars from me!”

“Amazing customer service. The base of my unit had stopped working properly. Y’all had a replacement here in days. The battery then broke as I was replacing. So I ordered another and it also got here almost overnight. So happy with service”

“I think the instructions manual is lacking information. Very basic info in the manual. Found way better info on YouTube. The rig itself is really good. Easy to clean. The dry herb you cannot add too much. (The manual does not mention that) You have to add a glass or ceramic bowl to the concentrate atomizer ( the manual does not mention this) It comes with lots of spare parts. ( the manual does not list what each of these parts are. All in all it’s a great rig works great. A lot of trouble shooting to get it working because poor instructions in owner manual. If you watch it. Watch a few YouTube videos to figure out how to use it correctly”

“It doesn't have a big enough bowl or get hot enough. My silver surfer vaporizer from 15 years ago rips way better. If I could return it, I would. 2 stars for the cool LEDs.”

“i got the mega bundle and im thoroughly impressed with the quality of the devices. im no pro smoker, infact i have very sensitive throat and lungs and these devices keep the flower cool and light even on the hottest settings ( which, i cannot use LOL, way too much for me ) the manuals are clear and concise. i recommended these products to 2 of my friends and they both bought the mega bundle as well. they are also so pleased”
