“The power button is very difficult to use. I have to push it multiple times until the device turns on.”

“The purchase and delivery were fine, but getting the device to work each time is another story. After receiving a full charge overnight the device is extremely difficult to turn on: The directions of pressing the start-button 3 times does not work. I find that the device only turns On after a series of random button pressing. I will be returning this unit for a replacement.”

“The Atomic9 performs very well with great hand and mouth feel, and ease of use. It's certainly impressive at the price, and rivals competing products in the $150 range! *** Considering how the vapor path pops out for cleaning, I would love to see the option of an add-on package or deluxe version with upgraded components. Specifically, replacing the removable plastic and silicone elements with glass/metal/ceramic.”

“I had great hopes for the Cloudious but I must admit that I am disappointed with my purchase. I wish I could return it. It produces weaker vapor than the Mighty I have and the battery life is poor. However, the stirrer is brilliant. Can I return my Cloudious?”
