“the product works great. its disappointing when you spend that much money and it looks used. the glass and cap are scratched. the actual product works great. consistent heat on the herb and air flow.”

“I bought one for myself about a year ago and absolutely love it. I traveled this summer to Idaho, Oregon Coast to Long Beach and it traveled with me easily across country. I just bought one for my Son in law for Christmas and he’s already enjoying it.”

“Was about to try this for the first time, filled the water reservoir to about 45-50% full, and the reservoir started leaking immediately. The glass tube was as tight as I could make it, but that didn’t seem to do anything. I emailed the support team to see how to exchange my defective one for a new one that doesn’t leak. For the price of the device, it was really disappointing to have it leak from the go. Haven’t had a chance to try it, due to the leak.”
