“I ordered some items on the 5th of December and paid for express shipping. The items never arrived and it has been a week. I enquired with Auspost and they are investigating where my items are. I also told CocktailKit about the issue and the same day they sent out another shipment of my items so I don’t have to wait longer and with express shipping. Great customer service will continue to shop here. Thanks Steve”

“Very impressed with everything about this company. Love the weighted cocktail shaker which we complemented with hawthorn strainer and conical strainer, and muddler. As DIY cocktail newbies, we chose the double metal combo over the traditional Boston glass shaker for ease of use, ie: security in not coming apart mid shake, but also easier enough to come apart to pour... It worked a treat! Had our first and best cocktail party last night! Don't regret buying this over a Punch style drinks dispenser, with ice diluting everything. Shipping was FAST, and love that this company is environmentally conscious with it's packaging. Thank you!”

“Ordered a few weeks ago, everything good with the company. But they need to use another freight company as I still have not received my item purchased and I ordered on 17th November and it’s the 2nd December and no update as to an estimate as to when I’ll get.”
