I ordered some items on the 5th of December and paid for express shipping. The items never arrived and it has been a week. I enquired with Auspost and they are investigating where my items are. I also told CocktailKit about the issue and the same day they sent out another shipment of my items so I don’t have to wait longer and with express shipping. Great customer service will continue to shop here. Thanks Steve
