“I received a machine as a Christmas gift. The chocolate is lovely with a rich creamy taste. I ordered a large bag of refill chocolate as I know I'll be using the machine often.
Delivery was a little slower than I'd have liked. I hoped to have it in a couple of days however it's here now.
I would recommend the machine and chocolate beans to people who enjoy hot chocolate.”

“The milk and dark hot chocolate beads are incredible! I was hesitant that they wouldn't melt properly, but I was proven wrong! They create a perfect hot chocolate that's not too sweet but not bitter—just right! The scoop is also handy, making it easy to measure the beads without worrying about using too many or too little. I had been using the hotel chocolat bags, but I will not be going back!”

“The chocolate is lovely, but my packaging for the salted caramel flavour was not sealed and I lost around half the pack into the packaging box, I sent an email. But not heard anything back. It is a shame as it is nice but not worth the money when tkh lose have the choc in transit and no response.”
