I have been a long time CoffeeParts customer and have spent in the thousands with them over multiple orders. When things go well, the go extremely well, deliveries are efficient and fast. Prices are extremely competitive. I once requested a price match and the team proceeded to update the price on the website for everyone. I have also phoned coffee parts for advice and the team was always friendly. The issue is when things do not go well, there is little to no capacity to resolve non standard issues. I requested a return and have had extremely little assistance or support around the issue. The team was unable to resolve my issue and in general was not interested in understanding or solving the problem. I had to phone and email coffeeparts multiple times and in return received 1 return phone call and an email indicating that they clearly do not understand the problem. My return is still open and has still not been resolved. CoffeeParts sells well but does not back their products. When issues do appear, be prepared to resolve them yourself.”
