“It was a satisfactory experience. One item was missing from my order, I was offered the option of paying more to get the more premium version, switching to a lesser brand, or waiting for 6-8 weeks for the item I ordered. Made the overall experience less than perfect.”
“I ordered parts Tuesday late morning and had them Thursday morning in regional SA. Obviously this praises freight service but if Coffee Parts weren't true to their word on 'same day despatch for order received by 2pm' this could not have happened. There phone and email support was very good too despite their claims they were challenged by difficult circumstances due to pandemic government policies. Recommended.”
