“I was really disappointed to find that the steam valve kit supplied didn't have the parts I needed for my machine, especially since it was after I had disassembled my machine and had to put it back together with some old parts and improvise for others. I have emailed the company twice about my order and had no response - 2 weeks since first email, 5 days since second email.”
