“This is the first time I have used Coffee Parts and I must say, the ordering process was seamless, (although the website didn’t auto generate a user account which it said it would, therefore not recognising the order against my user account.) I paid extra for express shipping and received it next day. Awesome! The only reason for the 3 stars is that the dosing scales were faulty on arrival (LCD screen.) I emailed back immediately with pictures asking to return for another non-faulty item. I followed up with another email a couple of days later when I hadn’t had a response. It’s now 2 weeks later and I have yet to get an email or call about my return claim. I understand possible delays due to current lockdowns… but the lack of after sales will certainly deter me from buying from Coffee Parts again.”
