“Silicon Hose supplied for my Rancillio V3 was too short by 10cm, ended up having to order two lengths. Also, they weren't able to supply correct copper gaskets without being included with of other expensive parts (eg. boiler or OPV). Unfortunatley, I have few options due to the C-19 lockdowns.”
