I ordered the White fragrance box and was very pleasantly surprised. The Versace Crystal Noir was not to my taste but my Mum was very happy that I'd given it to her. I absolutely loved the Shalimar scent - not a perfume I'd ever come across before but I love the blend of sweet and spiciness. I can't wait for my next box!

I was so excited to receive the Cohorted fragrance box. I absolutely adore perfum and was pleased to see that finally there was a subscription box available that offered this. The Cohorted fragrance box is available on a quarterly basis at the cost of £35. The beautiful, white fragrance box arrived early and was tied with a pretty, silky ribbon. When I opened the box I was greeted by a booklet telling you about each of the four fragrances inside. The main fragrance was a 100ml, bottle of Shalimar perfum by Guerlain. The bottle looks sophisticated and the fragrance smelt divine. This perfume retails at £94.50! The remaining three fragrances were smaller, sample sized but each was unique and all very pleasing. My favourite was the Versace, Crystal Noir, 5ml. This fragrance is floral and delicate but strong enough to wear for an evening out. The second miniature fragrance is the Boucheron, Place Vendome 4.5ml. This is a light, woody fragrance ideal for daytime. The last sample is a smaller vile of perfum of Gardenia Passion by Annick Goutal, Paris. This is a strong vibrant scent that smells like garden flowers and exotic spices. Overall, I m extremely happy with this box. I m looking forward to wearing the Shalimar perfum at my New Years Eve party. If you love luxury brand fragrances, look no further!

The actual boxes are amazing great selection of brands/ products which are higher end than you will.find in the majority of beauty boxes. The presentation and box design is lovely. The customer service is not so great I did have to contact them due to only receiving one box (I ordered 2) I did receive a reply saying both boxes were dispatched together contact delivery company. They told me contact sender and then did so and never heard a reply had to get a partial refund from paypal resolution. Did that put me of from using them again no because the actual products and quality of the boxes are very different to other companies. I have since ordered the October box and the November white edition and had no problems I seen a lot of people complaning they have been robbed but It was very clear from the start it would be paid for a month in advance and as long as I receive my boxes without any problems I will continue to stay subscribed

The first cohorted fragrance box (white box): The shalimar by guerlain perfume is nice. At first, due to the bergamot base did not appeal to me yet once it was on it smelt much better and I actually really like it. It also is full-sized which is amazing. The Versace perfume, crystal noir, I don't like so much, it is probably due to personal experiences with similar smells that have put me off it. The place vendôme by boucheron is my favourite; the floral jasmine undertones I just love pity it's only 4.5ml but worth being introduced to. The gardénia passion by annick goutal is unusual and not what you normally expect from a perfume, it initially smells like gingerbread from a distance but on extended time smelling it, it smells like johnson's baby shampoo and reminds me of childhood. I don't believe I'll ever wear this. The box was great and encourages me to continue with my subscription.

Absolutely love the beauty boxes. One of the best beauty box subscriptions around. Simple yet beautiful packaging and great variety of products at a reasonable price. Great value for price considering we are paying £35 a month and value of box products is over £80. Would definitely recommend them.

After long debates with Cohorted team via Paypal (they was saying that I received the box, even though the tracking info said that box has been returned to the business, meanwhile their customer service wasn't responding to any of my emails, nice job guys! ) I gave them a second chance and ordered October box, which came awful.. Almost all of the products does not suit me, and skincare? I thought Cohorted is all about make-up? Long story short, with this attitude towards your customers (not responding, not resolving issues, lying to them, as it was in my case), I don't know how crazy people should be to subscribe to your 35 pounds boxes, cause you won't return money easy, you won't take any responsibility if the box will come broken, or it will be stolen, or it won't come at all. It's just very sad that great idea is spoilt with the people who work in your company and poor job they do.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered a pallette and beauty box on 17th August. It is 15th October and I have still not received my box. Noone has taken responsibility to my issue and have had to repeatedly tweet cohorted with little response. I cannot explain how appalled I am with the service. I am disgusted, and my issue has still not been resolved.

Not happy. My neighbour took in my delivery and when I got it the bottom of the box looked like it had been kicked in (presumably during deliver, not by my elderly neighbour!). When I checked the contents the mirror was smashed on my HD Brows pallette and there was bits of glass in the actual product. I have emailed Cohorted twice (Sunday and Tuesday) and contacted them via Twitter but no response. There is no telephone number on the website so I am unable to talk to anyone direct. It is very frustrating. I love the other two products in my order though thanks.

My second box (last of the £20 monthly boxes) was quite disapointing for me. Too much of one brand. With the brand being one I wouldn't ever purchase it meant that it dominated my opinion of the box. I much prefer a good mix of things- both type and brand of product. I'm not signing up to the subscription service as I have no interest in full sized products. I would rather pay less and get samples as I can try all sorts of new things then as opposed to outright buying products blindly. I'll keep an eye out though to see how the company grows and changes

The box was good value. However, three of the items were bare minerals. A good brand but variety would be preferred. I feel the boxes need to change it up more. The crate nail varnish was just not my thing and will be going straight to my niece

Loved the beauty box. But I did not recurve full order. I tried to send messages via website with no response. I finally got a response on Facebook to say they would sort out the rest of my order, that was over two weeks ago. Really disappointed.

Better than most of the boxes available on the market however I was expecting more. Not really fun of getting shower gels. I was expecting only make-up and high quality skin-care products. All the rest of brands were great.

Very poor delivery-it took almost a month after dispatch date for my order to arrive and it arrived incomplete, I still don't have part of it (ordered in August, despatched on the 9th of September, not received till late December and now in October I am still missing part of it). I have contacted customer service several times and they don't give me a concrete response. The products however are great and the beauty box is great value, I like the concept but I might not buy again due to the hassle I've had to go through.

Seemed a good idea until a random selection of products turn up. The colours of the eyeshadows were colours I would have never used. Fake tan-yuk. Brands I had never heard of. Complete waste of money.

Really disappointed with October's beauty box - after some fab boxes this is heavily weighted towards bare minerals and it would have been good to get other brands. Think the new subscription box looks fab but just a bit too expensive for me
