This subscription service is by far the best I have come across. I've tried the lot from the likes of Ipsy and birchbox. This is honestly the best one and most definitely worth it. You're not paying for cheap items here, the quality of products is remarkable!

Cohorted adjust your payments so that the are taken at the beginning of the month so you could end up paying for 2 in advance at the beginning. The customer service has been non-existent and I am still waiting for my March box to arrive

Too expensive for what you get. The boxes are late, products repeated, booklets missing. A product arrived 'late' last month so it was to be included this month, so a crappy alternative was provided. If a concealer/coverage product is included it won't even almost be the right shade. Just not worth it anymore especially for £35. Better off saving the money for a product I actually want.

once I had subscribed, my first £35 was taken out, then a few days later another £35 with no warning, after having spoken to customer service they said it changes to the 1st of every month, but there was nothing to say in their t&c's that this was the case, boxes keep coming late, no-one responds to emails, I always have to call repeatedly before getting to speak to a human being, no tracking information given although you are paying £35 each box! products aren't as good as they used to be, I have since unsubscribed please fix your customer service, it is terrible and is the MAIN reason for not continuing with you. if I'm paying £35 p/month, the service should be top notch other beauty box providers cost less and give EXCELLENT service, hence why I will continue giving my money to them instead

Had my first box and was excited. I get another box a third of the price and always impressed. They had substituted one of the nicer samples with a dive underarm dark hair hide . I'm blonde and it was a horrible product. Wasn't at all impressed with a tiny perfume sample, a Chanel liner / shadow which doesn't go in well and a very unsensational set of samples. To top it all I had an allergic reaction to the collagen eye pads. Not their fault but topped the fact no one respinded to my complaint. I'll wait to see if this box this month us better and if not I will cancel and ask for my money back. Not impressed yet. Expected something special

Awful customer service, they take weeks to respond (even on Facebook messenger). I had an issue with one of the products in my beauty box, I sent it back, as told to by the customer service team when I complained. They told me they would be sending me two items in replacement which would be equal to the price of the item I sent back. Weeks went by with no reponse from the cohorted team despite persistent messages via both Facebook and email. In the end they finally told me they were going to send out the items. I received the parcel today which only contained one of the items (a Mac mineralise skin finish) in a completely different colour to the one promised me. I'm so disappointed with the quality of cohorted's customer service. Furthermore the beauty box has gone completely downhill with them now repeating products from previous boxes. The almost doubling in price of the box when it became a subscription has not increased its value at all.

Unfortunately I have found customer service to be uncommunicative at best and sown right unhelpful once they chose to respond. Initially i had an issue related to the billing of the beauty box. I did not realise the took payment so far in advance and then queried this with them. I received no response to my initial request and sent an additional follow up a week or so later which I did receive a response to. In this response they chose to cancel my subscription - despite - my specific statement that I did not wish this to happen. I responded to this and asked them not to cancel the subscription as I did not want this to happen. I received no response to this after 4 days and followed up with a question to find out what was happening and I have received no response to this to date. I appreciate that in part this was my fault for not clarifying the billing cycle prior to subscribing but the lack of response and ignoring my requests is inexcusable. I do understand that when busy turn around for a response can take longer however I feel that I have been more than patient in trying to reaolve what should have been a simple query made over complicated by the customer service acting without acknowledging the customers concerns or asking how they would wish to proceed. The one box I did receive was disappointing at best as one of the main products it contained was one I had already received when contorted was doing the boxes without the subscriptions. However that is a matter of personal taste and my rating is primarily based on my customer service experience. At the moment I do not know if I have an active sub, a cancelled sub or what is going on due to the lack of communication. To be honest the customer service has put me off wanting to make any future purchases beauty box related or not.

Fab products at an amazing price. All full size products from top brands. The box included Bare Minerals Moxie lipgloss in Hypnotist which is incredible and looks as good on and it does in the pot. I usally pay £15-20 for the lip gloss alone so the box really is fantastic deal. I would look to buying the other products in the future too.

I'm new to the world of beauty boxes and decided to try out a few of those with the best reviews. I was not disappointed with the Cohorted box. Comprising mainly full size luxury beauty items (nars lip moisturiser, Mac lipstick, two faced bronzer/blush and compact, nars makeup brush, moisturiser, face mask, foaming shower gel, with a couple of sample sizes as well ). I was very impressed with the quality and quantity. I'm an older mother to two small boys and I work from home so beauty isn't high on my radar. So while i thought this box was fab, It's not something I would subscribe to on a monthly basis. It is perfect for someone who regularly wears makeup and let's to check out new products but for someone like me who dips in and out of a beauty regime, a box every three months is perfect.

My box was perfect best box on the market, What isn't perfect is cohorted taking double payment each mother £70 And very reluctant to refund 3 months in a row this happened to me, if I hadn't noticed that would have been £105 more they would have taken. Not a single aplogy, for the3rd month I'm struggling to get my refund Don't run a business if you can't deal with customers

This was my first Cohorted subscription box, which I ordered based upon the sneak peak of the Too Faced blush/bronzer. I was really impressed with the communications I received from Cohorted about my order, and also with the contents of the box. While at £35 the Cohorted beauty box is one of the most expensive on the market, it's more than worth it when you consider the value of the products. I received a Too Faced blush/bronzer (which is difficult to find in the UK), two Nars products (concealer brush, and moisturising lip tint) and a MAC lipstick. My only slight criticism would be that the lipstick isn't a shade that I'd use very often as it's quite dark, however it can be lightened by either applying with a brush to get a thinner layer or combining with another product. Really looking forward to January's box, thank you Cohorted!

Am so pleased that cohorted started with monthly subscription. . Absolutely love all the products, December box was amazing too faced blusher which I always wanted. Also mac and nars. I think all the products altogether is worth it for £35... can't wait for January box. I hope to get options to choose my fav product in the future boxes.

I recently tried to purchase an item, a Chanel lipstick. The order was cancelled with no explanation. When I contacted customer services they didn't respond to my query. I got my money back which was good. They don't seem to care about their customers and keeping up good relations. I have unsubscribed from their newsletter and will not be purchasing from them again.

Decembers box was absolutely beautiful! The MAC lipstick was to die for! I loved that it was a fairly universal shade and compliments my very pale skin perfectly. The too souls mates was absolutely lovely to use! I was worried the bronzer would be slightly too yellow for my skin but it actually makes a beautiful contour colour. I'm so impressed with my nars brush I've actually looked online for more of their collection. Loved the little perfume sample. The nars lip balm is a slightly little bit light in colour for my liking but the slight shimmer is lively so I'm making it work!! Thank you cohorted and that you TSNC!!!
