“Disappointed. There was no 'hand tied ribbon' on my package. I was informed my box would arrive between the 5th-10th of the month yet I received my 2 days late. Sent an email to customer services asking for some answer regarding the beauty box, it's now 2 days later and I still haven't had a reply. Disgusting service. Will not be advising others to join”

“I have not had my first ever box yet (white box) but when I contacted customer services for advice on whether my box has been dispatched yet, they were very quick and informative and I am very pleased with how they responded. I will review again when I receive my box. (Please let it be Chanel ????)”

“Firstly, I want to say how excited I was at the thought of receiving high end products. My first box was truly fantastic. Sadly however their consistency is poor and it's difficult to work out what age range they're aiming at. The quality went successively down hill to the point where we were receiving body shop products. Several boxes were missing either an item or booklet, one was damaged so much it was unusable. The worst part was just how bad their customer services are. They have a blazé attitude and a slow, reluctant response to anything you send them. Very poor service for one of the most expensive monthly boxes available.”

“Great concept, nice brands. For me due to my colouring olive it's a bit hit and miss. Unlike other beauty boxes it is not colour matched to a beauty profile. Whilst it's great to have a high end brand it not great to have it in a colour you can't wear. You end up giving it away which kind of defeats the monthly subscription.”

“I am not really THAT into make up at all. I'm more of a skin/beauty products person. And we're talking Aladdin's Cave stuff here! But I have tried (and am still trying only on occasion now) every other beauty box around and truly Cohorted is the bee's knees. It is a lot more expensive than other boxes and I really don't need it, never mind the fact that I can hardly afford it, but every month as I consider cancelling my subscription (which is handy, as there's always an opt out if you so choose), I am so tempted by ONE of the sneak peeks that I just have to have it. And even though some of the products are things I will rarely use, the selection is so quirky and some of the products are so amazing that I find myself continuing on with my guilty pleasure! I have to stop myself subscribing to the perfume/fragrance box as well, but maybe one of these days...”

“The products in beauty box are usually high-end, something I usually wouldn't buy because of the pride so it's nice to try some new and good quality stuff! It's like opening Christmas present every month :)”

“This is one of the more expensive beauty boxes on the market but I'm happy to pay the price as every item is from a well known premium brand. Definitely worth every penny!”

“I absalutely LOVED my first Cohorted Black Edition Beauty Box! I received 4 full size luxury beauty products along with a bonus sample size product all of which naturally fit into my daily beauty routine! It was great value for money and I'm already excited about receiving my next box!”

“One box so far, however I have been researching prices and it seems RRP stated is overpriced which feels a bit dishonest for the monthly cost. I have also purchased a special box for Mother's Day which was quite nice but again considering those are mostly make up items It would be useful to somehow state your preferences and skin colouring to ensure items received suit best. I would dred blue eyeshadow”

“I have only had one box so far but am very impressed by it compared to the other ones. I have 4 other boxes coming to me every month, though I have to say they also deliver as they are much cheaper. I have only had one problem with one item but so far I am really happy. I hope there are not going to be a lot of shampoo and conditioner samples as those are usually not that great and count for two items. I plan on reviewing cohorted on my blog if I feel like I can continue to justify this amount of money for a beauty box :) Love, Gintare”

“The products are always genuine and full sized, it comes with a booklet explaining everything, the box looks sleek and classy and the customer service was brilliant. I had an issue with my address and it was sorted straight away, thank you!”

“High quality products. Good value for money. However, one month a product was missing. It was included in the next box, but then there was only 3 other products including a tiny sample size. I felt like there should have been more seeing as there was meant to be an "extra" included from the previous month.”

“Order my first box on February and was very pleased, however March didnt delivered products for £35.. magazine stated overpriced RRP and bare mineral sbrush so last season which not even sell in shops anymore. i am looking forward for next one great box.. if not i will unsubscribe as cohorted going downhill as i see.”

“I only got one box, so far, but I just love it. Only great products and for just 35ppm! You can always get products that you wouldn't buy for yourself, but you discover that they are just great and you will keep on buying them. I would love to get make up brushes more often, Mac lipsticks, Too Faced and The Balm products. So I guess that this is the box for me! Keep up with the good job!”

“A few things have disappointed me about this box-first of all I was billed twice before I even received one box, and also, the RRP's given for the contents were highly inflated, compared to the amount they actually go for online. This box was generally poor, given the price!”
