"I ordered 7 items from Coles online on August 22nd for click & collect from Vermont South Coles on Wed 24th. The order status looks all normal and showed ready to be collected on 24th. So I went to Coles Vermont South, and was told they don't serve online orders. I didn't collect anything but the Coles App showed \"Order collected\". \r\nI called Coles hotline 1800455400 again and reported their system error and explained the whole situation. The customer service rep suggested me to order the same items again and choose home delivery, and then call back for a refund of the differences. However, after I paid the order and called back, the customer service lady couldn't refund and told me she would get their management to call back. \r\nNo one called me back until now even though I've called Coles a couple of times. \r\nToday when I called Coles again, the customer service lady told me she was instructed to cut off my call asap.\r\nI was shocked at how Coles treats their customers, and will never purchase from Coles again."

"My complaint is in regards to the security offices they have at the Shepparton Coles. When I first entered the building I purchased an item went to the counter and the security officer was leaning all over the bench or the counter and he instructed the staff not to serve me. He then face me and begin to call out obscenities and profuse language. I had looked at the staff and said are you listening to this she said it has nothing to do with me. So I left the item now and walked out while I was walking out the security officer continued on calling me profanities thinking that I was someone who knew. I walked outside into the car park and he followed me continuing to yell out rude profanities. I had to stop so he didn\u2019t come to the car while he continued to yell out at the front of Coles. I have this all on video. I had rang Coles headquarters twice So far with no reply. They said the investigating it. I said why are the security in there they said they have nothing to do with it because it is a contracted company so Coles said they have no powers over who they put on? I have video footage of the entire event. I am considering posting it up on YouTube"

"Ordered online for a delivery to the hotel I was forced to Quarantine in. Was delivered to a private address with a photo. Not Door dash or Coles problem. Call centre overseas. Broken English. Very hard to understand. Coles Plus Priority online help just as bad. Write off as a donation to a delivery driver that was hungry. Photos below of the delivery supplied by Coles."

"I purchased a Samsung phone worth $200 for my mother. It stopped worked before the months warranty although it wasn't brought to my attention and finding time to travel to retrieve it and return it. But much to my surprise I was told it was no longer Coles problem, I had to take it to Samsung and even though lock downs are preventing me from travelling I'm sure Samsung wouldn't be open to be able to help at this time anyway. So a major company who should be helping people in this time have not been helpful nor empathetic towards something that was purchased from them. I bought the phone from Coles, not Samsung. They did. So if Samsung have a year warranty on all phones, then I'm sure Coles can justify the warranty within a even a 10 month period. Don't buy a phone from here just in case it is faulty and your stuck with it!!! Doesn't matter if u have the receipt, the box anything."
