Just bought a Nissan Juke from the Ashton branch & everything was done very professional & easy. All the staff I spoke to were very polite & Brian went one step further to contact me after the deal to ask if everything was fine. I would recommend this branch of Colin Appleyard.

Everyone is very professional, but without the corporate glaze. I have services my car with them for 3 years and trust them without hesitation. I recommend them without reservation. Nick Burton (servicing customer)

It's a very long story, the Nissan Note I bought from keighley branch 18 months ago, had the orange key light on all the time. When the car finally didn't start after about a year, I then found out its supposed to tell you the battery in the key needs changing. I told the service I e about this, Nd they put in new batteries in January this year. Again the key light was on straight after, I drove around with it on all the time, then Recently thought better have it looked at. They had it "cleared" by nissan. The next day it was on again ! I ranger I e, to be told it was probably ly the way I drive .? I.e. not putting clutch fully down ! How to change get gear with clutch not down ? I st in the car whilst on phone to service and did as he asked ! And still the light stayed on. I have just been out in the car about 50 min. And it was not on ! Clearly it is not how I drive ! The other problem I had was o going for at least 6 months from purchase the trim round the driver door kept coming g away. On the5thvisitatleast, it was finally fixed properly. I shall use my local garage in future for any faults I would rather pay and get the job done right. That is why you get one star from me.

Dear Mrs Dugdale, We're very sorry to hear you've been unsatisified with the service you received from our Nissan branch. I have spoken with our Aftersales manager, who in turn has spoken to our Service manager about the problems you have had. As you are aware from the bulletin we showed you from Nissan headquarters, the light that you mentioned, illuminates on your car dashboard as a result of a particular driving style. We indicated to you, that as you drive in this particular manner with your foot resting on the clutch, that unfortunately the light will continue to come on as a result. This is how the car is manufactured, and sadly out of our control. It was explained by our service team that there is nothing physically wrong with the vehicle and that removing your foot from the clutch when a gear change is not necessary, will stop the light from coming on. I'm sorry this wasn't of more help to you. If you would like our service team to go through this in any more detail, please don't hesitate to get back in touch.

I filled my wife's diesel X-Trail with unleaded which was a huge mistake - especially as it was while we out on her Birthday during our holiday near Skipton! Having spoken to Colin Appleyard Nissan in Keighley they managed to fit me in that afternoon and started work as soon as the recovery truck dropped the car off. The provided me with a courtesy car so we could get back to our hotel that evening. The work was finished the next day and the car was returned running perfectly, washed and vacuumed - excellent service. Throughout the time they had the car the service staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful and I felt reassured that the work they did was to a very high standard. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out at such short notice. Thank you

I purchased a used Ford Focus from Colin Appleyard, Keighley just today (07/05/16), and I have nothing but praise for the entire process. The test drive was arranged by way of a phone call after I saw an ad on Auto Trader - bearing in mind I have been looking and haggling for a Focus for weeks, if not months at this point. On paper, the car looked almost too good to be true, given its particulars versus the competitive price tag. For once though, I'm happy to report that there were no nasty surprises; no dinks deliberately dodged by crafty camera work, no mechanical faults not declared - just a tidy, used car living up to its detailed description on the world wide web (granted I've not taken delivery of my new car yet, but given the test drive was a good half an hour long, I feel confident that most gremlins would have been spotted in this time). The sales person (David Satterthwaite) was excellent throughout - engaging and knowledgeable without being "in your face" and pushy. Just a normal bloke who didn't give the impression he was chasing sales figures or dancing to the tune of some pre-set agenda set by HQ. In short, I rarely write reviews but figure that because I feel I've been on the right side of such a good deal today, I'd take two minutes to implore people in the surrounding area to give these guys a go - whether buying a Suzuki (their bread and butter), or a used car carrying another badge - you could do worse than Colin Appleyard, Keighley.

Got my car serviced this week which is 2 years old. it was picked up which is a nice touch as I couldn't get there and go to work. Car arrived back around 5 and I said thank you to the driver. He left and I noticed they had washed it as they do and were meant to hover it. However after 2 minutes I noticed that there was loads of saw dust in the back which was already there and the floor hand not been done. Then I rang to pay the bill which was just short off £300 !!!! WT* . I asked for an invoice and the bulk was on labour, an oil change, change a few pads and check the fluids according to the invoice so that would take what ? take 2 hours when I have done it! and most of that would be waiting for the oil to drain out. Worked out it these guys must be on about £75 per hour. unless your rich or want a job then the appleyards many not be the best option.

Although I live in Manchester, because of previous experience with Colin Appleyards as a company at my local Ashton branch, I first used Colin Appleyards Keighley two years ago to purchase my first Nissan. They were spot on back then and I happily returned this year to renew my car. They gave me a great deal, great customer service all the way and have made sure I'm happy and understand everything afterwards too. Their values as a family company shine through and I would recommend Colin Appleyards to anyone.

I would just like to thank Sam Felton at the Ashton branch for his help in us purchasing a new car. Everything was explained thoroughly from start to finish, Sam himself went the extra mile for us to provide us with excellent customer service and is a credit to the company. The car itself feels safe and secure and we are extremely happy. Thanks again to all of the team.

From the moment I contacted them they were friendly and helpful. I made an appointment to visit and look at what they had and what they could get for me. Having already discussed over the phone what finance I preferred I visited and met David Satterthwaite in sales. He showed me the model I wanted and showed me another model in the colour I wanted and everything just slotted into place. When I went to pick up my vehicle on Easter Saturday again nothing was too much trouble. Having had a Suzuki Swift before I was thrilled to get another one and from this company who went out of their way to make it all work for me. Very highly recommended. Thank you to all the people at Keighley Appleyards.

The pre and after sales service at the Huddersfield branch is by far the best I have ever experienced at any main dealership, and after 50 years of motoring I have encountered quite a few.
