I purchased a used Motorcycle and was happy with the comms from the sales team. The Motorcycle was clean and in good order I purchased the VIP pack (full tank of fuel and free MOT tests) I did have one small issue that I brought to the attention of the dealership which was promptly rectified. It was indeed the customer care and after sales support that makes ColinAppleyard stand out from the rest. It's comforting to know that customer care is a priority from a dealership when buying a used vehicle.

Just purchased a new X-Trail from Coney Lane. Very pleased with service received and courtesy shown by everyone to my wife and I. Pleasure to do business with them, have always been impressed by their Service Team and the Sales Team are great as well

I had a very calm experience when purchasing a car at the Ashton-under-lyne dealership. Sam was very professional, courteous and patient. I got just the car I was after at a very reasonable price, it was it great condition and ready for me when I picked it up. I would recommend the Colin Appleyard LTD to anyone.

Very efficient service and help with a retro-fit of reversing sensors, at the same time as doing the annual service. Very clear information from the team and my car was ready at the agreed pick-up time for me to collect. Thank you.

The car went to Colin Appleyard Ashton for annual service. It was collected and delivered and the service seems to be OK. The staff are good, helpful and friendly, but this time no car wash ?

Hi Trevor, Thank you for your review. We apologise that your car had not been washed when it came in for its service - I believe Eve, our service manager has been in touch with you to explain that our water had unfortunately been turned off at the time. However, this information hadn't been relayed to you, so for that we do apologise, and I believe Eve has now arranged for your car to come back to us for a thorough clean.

Just had my daughter's car in for service and mot and the service was excellent as usual. The video message sent to us was a brilliant idea. Since I started to use the Nissan outlet at Coney Lane I have been well pleased with the customer service received from all the team.

As usual, very well taken care of by Appleyards' friendly and professional staff in Keighley. They were able to give me an appointment at short notice to look at a squeaking sound the car was making (a Jimney, 4 and a half years old; I'm very fond of it). Anyway, turned out the brakes were going rusty; all sorted within the morning at a very reasonable price.

Well what can I say bloody abissmal. My car was scratched I went to Appys with the idea that they would have excellent service in repairing and painting my new vehichle, only to find how very wrong I was. I was informed that my car was currently in the bake oven to set the paint has it had just been sprayed I walked round the rest of the building to find some Painter called (Pete) on his knees spraying my damaged car with 3 Aerosols and a fan heater, to me that's a funny type if Bake Oven. They charge a fortune and you get a shabby job and don't let them sell you the product where when you wash your car it always looks like new they charge £400 for this product only to discover it's £30 they buy it in for..

We do not have a bake oven on site at any of our branches, and it would be unlikely for our staff to suggest one for minor repairs - as they are far more costly than a smart repair. Excellent customer service from the minute I walked through the door. A big shout out to Adam at Keighley Nissan who took his time to explain things and making the process of picking up my new car stress free. I'm loving my new Juke!!

Overall good, the first bloke I delt with Simon was a top bloke, how ever after him had a few issues. I was promised a bottle of wine with my car which I never got, but that's nothing really. I was promised a full tank of fuel which I did not get. But the main issue was i was contacted by the dvla saying that I was not the keeper for my Nissan after a few weeks of buying it. And another was the tax refund for said Nissan. Basically someone in the office had fluffed up moving my private reg. They have stated that some from the garage has filled something out wrong and I am not the keeper at the min and it is not taxed. Which means me and my son have been driving around in something that is not insured as I was not the keeper not taxes and it was displaying the wrong plates. Made things worse ca knew about this and did not tell me.

The process of buying a new car was made very easy because of the knowledge and helpfulness of the sales rep, Simon, at the Huddersfield branch. I found the test drive very thorough and good to try different road types and surfaces. I hope the after sales follow up is as good as they say.

Everyone was very,very helpful,had a sense of humour,did not try to ''oversell''.I have been a customer for 7/8 + years and ALL including Servicing Staff, Sales Staff,and Guys working behind the scenes do brilliantly well. One can see the value of a Family run business here. Good Customer Care and trust on both sides. Mike Treasure.
