“For the second time Colin Appleyard's proudly show me an expensive invoice with a free car wash and valets, then bring the car round and say they're shocked that it hasn't been washed or cleaned, but if I want to drive miles out my way they'll do it another time. Not great service... again!”

“4th car purchased from colin Appleyard and have always received good customer service . Jason service manager at shipley has always looked after us ,both me and my wife have cars from colin Appleyard . The car I have just purchased is not a suzuki but it still comes with free MOT for life , so keep up good work Appleyard's”

“After my Suzuki Jimny developed an engine fault and was recovered to my local Suzuki dealership at Colin Appleyards in Huddersfield I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the service and repair team at this branch I received a very prompt diagnosis of the fault and as the vehicle was under an extended warranty with another car dealership once the authorisation was received from them to proceed with the repair the part was swiftly ordered and fitted so that I was back on the road promptly I received very good communication during this time from the service and repair team and on picking the car up after repair was very impressed to see the previously rather muddy vehicle spotless after they had cleaned it inside and out I would like to thank the team there for such good customer support which was far superior to what I received from another large local car dealership when I had my previous car and am very confident to recommend them to others , I also feel fortunate as I live very close to this branch and know that if the vehicle went for service there or for repair it would be in good hands”

“Last year I purchased a used motorcycle when I was due to take the bike for a service I got a puncture Malcolm arranged for the bike to be picked up with the van no questions and fitted the new tyre, problem sorted, this year I have bought a brand new bike from them and the service I have received {same as last year} has been superb, friendly, polite and professional, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Paul who arranged everything for me, Malcolm and the guys in the workshop, Joanne and Amir and by the way the bike is amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend Colin Appleyards to anybody who is considering buying a bike new or used.”

“Although I had always had Colin apple yard deal with my car, I had since moved to a remote area of Cumbria, had an issue with my navara and put it in the local garage who took two days to look at it without any resolve. Ended up driving down to Keighley and explained my problem, it was fixed within two hours and I was delighted. Well done to al. You are brilliant. I will continue to fetch it down for any future problems.”
