Beware: Collections Etc. has added a "handing fee" in addition to their shipping fee which will not be returned to you even if your merchandise is defective. I have been a customer for almost 20 years, but I will never order from this company again.

Will never order from a company that just sells Trump merchandise!! Very unprofessional for a company to take political sides but to also support such a disgusting human being is shameful

I ordered some hats my wife wanted. Had an issue with fraud on my card. Called the collect extra to give them new card info they said new card was good . They said they processed order. They did not. Called them 8 times . Finally ordered again they said card problem. Cleared my bank. They got paid. I got nothing

Placed an order on Nov 22, 2020 and never received it. Called customer service to have reshipped and was told it would be delivered on 1/7/2021 and still never arrived. Call customer service again and they barely reshipped my order on 1/11/2021, was also told that they were refunding me $80 for the 2 hoodies that I originally ordered due to being out of stock. Here it is 1/15/2021 with no product and instead of them issuing a refund they have charged my account an additional $32. I will never order from them again

Something is seriously wrong recently with this company. I cannot check status of order as website has been down for over a week, customer service and email now down. They need to post what is happening on Facebook at least. I would cancel my order but cannot access this place to do so!

Really? “Scheduled Maintenance “. For over a week? Must have finally gone out of business. Wanted to order an item in their catalog with a price, on line it’s a higher price. They didn’t care one bit. And yes as others have said, they add shipping and other charges after the order is placed. Awful. Goodbye.

I placed an order with Collections Etc and wanted to put it on a Visa debit card my son gave me for Christmas. I noticed they were putting it on my regular credit card which I didn't want to do but there was nowhere else I could correct it. I immediately called and told the person named Adam I wanted to put it on a debit card and he said it wouldn't be possible because the order was being processed. I said that's a bunch of baloney, I just placed the order. I ask to talk to his supervisor and he said she will tell you the same thing. I failed to get the supervisor's name but she said the same thing. I told her I wanted to cancel the order and she said that wouldn't be possible. Between this bad service and telling you "free service" and then charging for handling which is as much as shipping, I'm fed up with this company and will no longer purchase from them. They don't value their customers.

Never got one item that was ordered and paid for. After a month of calls to Collections now they say they will reorder and get to wait 7 to 10 business days.They have foreign people that you can't understand and don't stop repeating. Don' waste your money on all the added fees attached .Bad customer service

I tried to place an order on the website, but the sale prices were not transferring onto my shopping cart. I called customer service for assistance. The woman had a hard time creating the order (should have been my first clue,) but I got what I wanted at the correct price. A week later, my package arrived just as expected. The next day I got 2 more boxes. The person not only placed the order twice on her end but also put though the items in my cart. I just called to notify Collection Etc of their error and was informed that it was my "fault". Yes, James actually told me several times it was my "fault." He "informed" me that it would cost me 11.99 per package to return them. After arguing back and forth, I asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold for a few minutes and James came back on and told me I could only return 1 box for free because it was, yet again, my fault. After another long argument where I told James that I was going to dispute the charges with my credit card company, I finally got my return labels. Looking at other reviews, I can see the battle is not yet won. I will add more if the problem continues. It's a shame because the items I purchased were decent quality and I was happy with them but the customer service is seriously lacking. If I could give a no-star rating I would.

My total order was 54.00 but with shipping and handling it became 75.00!!! I I then went online and found out shipping over 40 dollars was free..so o called the next day to cancel order and was told it was already processed and could not be cancelled… I asked again about removing the shipping fee and was told they would refund 11.00… why wasn’t I told about the shipping fee to begin with

On top of the Big Black Friday in July sale which turned out to be a JOKE. I ordered a quilt and shams, the quilt was $21.99 and the shams on sale for $2.99 each. I ordered 2.y total at the end was $44.78. WHAT? I called to cancel the order and was told I couldn't cancel because it was already processed and on it's way to be shipped. This is Saturday and you know they're not going to ship on Sunday, so! It was all a big fat lie. I'm so tired of being lied to and cheated . And by someone who you can barely understand what they're saying. Where is Collections ECT anyway?? They must have sold the company because I've been a customer for years with no issues and now it's totally like doing business with an underhanded cheat of a company. I will never buy from them again and over the years I've probably spent thousands of dollars! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered online...after payment was made I looked at order again. My merchandise total had been $95.95, now it's $105.95...$10 promotional was added... what's that? I found the online ordering process to be frustrating!

I called to exchange an item for a larger size. They told me in order to exchange she will send me a return label and charge me $10.99 for the label, I told the clerk thats BS. Also the shipping and handling is outrageous. I will never buy anything from them again and I am calling them to tell them “take me off your mailing list “

Company offers a coupon, when you click on it, you are agreeing that they can charge your credit card $14.95/mo for absolutely nothing. I called for a refund of the 7 months that I was charged, they can only refund 6 months - big surprise! What a rip off. I stopped all catalogs, I will never order from this company again.

Good Afternoon My elderly 85 yr old mom is a regular customer and buyer of Collections. My mom and I ordered today Oct 13,2020 3 items and 2 agents were rude to us. I mentioned her catalog coupons and I had problems with the agents accepting them. They both didn't explained to us clearly and rushing us to complete our checkout. The first agent offered me a promotion of an item but the second agent said there was none. We felt not treated with respect and felt stupid. The worse thing is that we ask for spanish speaking agents because we are hispanics and we had to endure their rudeness. Unbelievable!

Trying to make this short...Placed an order, received damaged goods, contacted them repeatedly with no response, found a link to print a label and return it, they received it but no response for over a week. There's a ton more to the story with they could get in touch cuz they can't get authorization to charge me for a back-ordered item but have no trouble with unauthorized charges despite that and finally....THEY CHARGED ME $7.99 TO RETURN MY $4.97 DAMAGED ITEM!!! I will never shop here again.

I called Collections to order one item to confirm the advertised price, including the free shipping. I could never get a definitive response from the woman to whom I spoke, and was instead barraged with a series of offers, discounts, and various sales pitches on other items in which I had no interest. I finally had to interrupt the woman to repeat my reason for calling and to indicate that unless I could place my order, I was going to hang up She ignored me, at which time I ended my call. I do not plan to ever order anything from Collections.

My experience has been awful. I tried several times to fix my issue. I told them to cancel my order, they stated it could not be done because it was already processed. This was within hour of ordering. I emailed and asked them to cancel, never got answer. I was originally charged $32.96 then paypal emailed me that there was an increase of payment to $42.52! I called again and was told the second charge was for "tax and handling" they said it went on when the order was processed. I had been told I couldn't cancel originally because it had been processed. I don't understand how you can agree to a charge and then be charged again separately. I emailed again asking for cancelation of order. I can return but will be charged restocking fee and they don't reimburse on return shipping.

Three days after I placed an order for 33.98, I was notified by Pay Pal that Collections had added another $20. When I called, I was told the extra amount was tax and also processing, which I was told was a fee so that when the merchandise didn't reach me, they could duplicate the order for "free." I have been a good customer for years. Never been ripped off like this before. Catalogs now directly to trash.
