“Greg has gone above and beyond in helping me find vinyls and DVDS I missed out on in a exceptional timely manner and shown so much patience during it! Forget buying anywhere else, I learned the hard way. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE FROM! Outstanding customer service if possible I would give 10 stars!! Thank you so very much for your kindness and professional integrity shown in our sale transactions and communication towards me and my search for these vinyls and DVDS!! Blessings to you and Collide Records”

“I received my order in very good time. Also I appreciate that Collide staff combined my shipping when I found another item I wanted and had put it on a separate order. (I'm not too tech. Savvy.)”

“Vinyl was properly packaged and even though USPS caused a lot of damage, the vinyl and sleeve were in pristine condition. Throughout the entire process Collide was professional and looking to help if anything came up.”

“I was having trouble finding an album of a lesser-known musician, so I was thrilled when I saw that Collide had it. The price was great (about half what I would've paid elsewhere), and I appreciated that I could get priority shipping for just a couple dollars more than regular shipping. The CDs arrived on schedule and I love the album, no problems with anything. Collide even went the extra mile with customer service & sent a personal thank-you email & offer to answer any questions I might have.”

“Have ordered from Collide a couple of times. The selection they curate is similar to my musical preferences, but more importantly, they are quick to ship out orders. This last order shipped within minutes and I received it the following day! Will continue to order from Collide as I increase my vinyl collection and new albums pop up that catch my eye.”

“My wife is a big Switchfoot fan and wants to explore Jon Foreman's solo work as well. This store had just what I was looking for in a gift for that purpose. It shipped promptly and arrived a *lot* faster than I expected, especially in these times. I will definitely come back again soon!”

“Greg is first-rate and provided an excellent customer experience. I took a few minutes in the "About" section to get a better sense of the curatorial-approach, and really respect the commitment to delivering top-quality work from artists that connect with spiritual and lived experience. A lot of the artists are new to me, and not only am I looking forward to giving them a listen, but also returning to Collide Records as a repeat customer.”

“Thank you, Collide Records! My older brother mistakenly bought me a vinyl record I already own, and your team has been very helpful, nice, and responsive and correcting the mistake and issuing a replacement record. Many thanks to Greg and his team for their attention and respect throughout the entire process. Good work!”
