“Initially the record that I received skipped multiple times on many different tracks. After explaining the problem to Collide they quickly found a replacement and shipped it to me. I didn't even have to wait for my bad record to make it back to them before they shipped the new one. Once it arrived the new record was great. The customer service was wonderful. Greg Bartels made me a believer.”

Defects in vinyl occasionally happen. We'd gladly ship you a replacement or issue you a refund. We've tried to contact you via email and phone multiple times... please let us know how we can make this right by you.

“Collide Records has a wonderful collection from a wide variety of artists. I very much appreciated their politeness and care to detail when answering any questions I had. The shipping time was fast too! And I loved the personal touch of a hand written thank you on the receipt when I received my purchase. I would definitely buy from Collide Records again!”

“I have no idea how good the record I bought was it was sent to a friend for Christmas but the customer service I got from Collide was *wonderful*. I initially sent the record to an address that didn’t exist (oops!) and when I called about it I was able to talk to someone right way and they sent the package back out as soon as it got back to them. I was extremely grateful and it got there just in time for Christmas. Cannot recommend them enough!”
