My older brother mistakenly bought me a vinyl record I already own, and your team has been very helpful, nice, and responsive and correcting the mistake and issuing a replacement record. “This is an exemplary company with above excellent customer service. They are based right here in the US, and a broad range of hard-to-find CD's. I was delighted that they had what I was looking for, as it was hard to find, because it is a few years old. It was also very reasonably priced and do was shipping. I am delighted with this company, and the owner of it, who actually answered the phone when I called. LOVE it!!! By the way, that day that I called was his young daughter's birthday. I was blessed by the conversation and their customer service, and this CD, which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this company. They just won my loyalty and my appreciation. They put a smile on my face, and in my heart. Thank you again, and God bless you Greg, and your family, and company. :O)”
