Thanks Nicole! Generally speaking, the tracking system within the postal service is usually pretty good. With the overwhelming shipping demands this year they got pretty behind and tracking didn't work very well when packages were stranded on trucks. Hopefully next year's holiday season will work better.

“Greg, the packaging on my recent order was A-1! Multiple overpacks. Not a snowball's chance anything could get damaged. Love the music you curate and love personal touch on the packing slips. You've become my first stop to shop as I branch out and explore vinyl and try and fill in the holes in the compact discs I own.”

“Initially the record that I received skipped multiple times on many different tracks. After explaining the problem to Collide they quickly found a replacement and shipped it to me. I didn't even have to wait for my bad record to make it back to them before they shipped the new one. Once it arrived the new record was great. The customer service was wonderful. Greg Bartels made me a believer.”

Defects in vinyl occasionally happen. We'd gladly ship you a replacement or issue you a refund. We've tried to contact you via email and phone multiple times... please let us know how we can make this right by you.

“Collide Records has a wonderful collection from a wide variety of artists. I very much appreciated their politeness and care to detail when answering any questions I had. The shipping time was fast too! And I loved the personal touch of a hand written thank you on the receipt when I received my purchase. I would definitely buy from Collide Records again!”
