“I had a great experience with Collide Records! Right after I ordered, I received an email from the owner thanking me for my purchase which was very nice. Shortly after, I got a shipping notification and tracking info. My item arrived quickly and was packed very well. There was also a handwritten note inside! I appreciate a business that includes personal touches like that to ensure the customer is happy. All in all, I had a great experience with Collide Records!”

“My order exceeded expectations. All items were carefully packaged and arrived much sooner than I anticipated. It is clear that Collide is focused on customer satisfaction. Also, when I placed my order I received an email from the owner along with a handwritten note. It's a personal touch that isn't too common. “Collide is a great record retailer. And it's really refreshing to find a vinyl/CD shop that specializes in artists who are both talented and who present a positive message. Anyway familiar with faith-based radio is likely well aware that those tend to be two mutually exclusive qualities. Collide does all the work for you and curates the relatively rare artists that do both and do it well. Also, fantastic and friendly customer service. I will definitely buy from them again.”
