“Communications before and after we received our order was amazing! Even though order was placed during the Christmas rush, it still arrived sooner than expected. Packing was superior to other companies I have purchased albums from and will highly recommend Collide Records to my friends and family. Thank you to the Collide Records team! “They have a large selection of vinyls and I received my order quicker than expected. They also have excellent customer service. I received an email from customer service after making my purchase to make sure everything was good with the order. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.”

“Record and package were in perfect condition with a lot of care taken to ensure the shipping didn’t damage it in any way. Also the personal note on the receipt was a nice added touch! Will definitely be purchasing other record through this store!”

“Collide Records helped me be a "cool" Grandma at Christmas. My Grandson wanted a certain Skillet vinyl album and I couldn't find it in my normal "go to" places. My daughter-in-law helped me find it at Collide and he was delighted to receive it. Also, I loved the personal email I received from them thanking me for my order. They repeated it on my packing slip...hand written I might add. Who does that anymore? Not Amazon for sure! So, I do highly recommend Collide Records. They helped save Christmas!”
