“I pre-ordered an album on July 23rd. I received a nice thank you email from the proprietor the next day. The album was released on August 20th (Switchfoot's "interrobang"). I got a notification it was shipped out on August 23rd and I received it on August 26th. It arrived timely and in good condition. I'm glad to have bought the album from an independent business like Collide Records instead of having to buy it from Amazon or one of the big box retailers. I would definitely buy from this company again.”

“They have an amazing collection of albums, and list things they actually have, instead of back ordered items, and then ship them out quickly in great packaging. I will be a regular customer, for sure. Highly recommend. 6 out of 5 stars.”
