“Records arrived well packaged. Played through both, and they sounded great! I also appreciated Greg reaching out to let me know that my copy of Restoration might be delayed and asking whether or not I wanted the other record I ordered still shipped along w/ that one, knowing that it would come late. I didn't mind either way, but it was still a nice gesture, esp. when I feel like most merchants expect you to take initiative when there are problems.”

“I discovered Collide Records while searchIng for a certain CD I wanted. They had a brand new copy. All the other sites on the internet just had used copies. Price was good, shipping was fast and the CD arrived in perfect condition due to very good packing. Inside was a note thanking me for my purchase. It is nice to have a company take the time to write a note of appreciation for my purchase. I will definitely order from them again.”
