“BUYER BEWARE—truly “Slow Boat From China”. These sandals are comfy and cute. But nowhere on their site does it say point of origin. It took 4 days to acknowledge my order and then I got almost daily “your order has been shipped” notifications. When I was finally able access their tracking site, imagine my shock when I saw they were literally tracking the sandals from all over China before shipping to the US!! It took 6 wk to receive them. The event I ordered them for had long since past.”

All communication will have to be done through email the company is in China even though some of it says that it's in the United States by check this out. I measured my foot like the company said I ordered my shoe . I took left the shoe in the package I put my foot from the back to the front of the shoe that was in the plastic and it did not fit just leaving it outside of package outside the shoe on top of the plastic. I have a size 11 shoe there's not a lot of choices there to go up a half size. I wanted to call I haven't been able to get through for two days enough phone number just to talk to them about it. I'm going to try to email and see what happens. I will never buy from this company again. Good luck if you buy from this site.”
