They do not reply to emails or answer the phone. They won't confirm delivery dates & won't answer email or calls about complaints at all. I have been trying to get hold of them since August 2019.

Ordered hand sanitiser on a Friday after finding the site still had stock and at a reasonable price. I telephoned just after the order was placed to make sure the shipment would be on time and was told that the item would ship beginning of the following week. Nothing arrived so I telephoned again and was told that the stock ran out of the item and it would be filled on the next shipment in a month's time. Disappointed when three and a half weeks after I placed the order I got an email from Vicky saying that they are cancelling the order as they cannot ascertain when the order will be filled. This company is pathetic and dishonest. Do not trade with them

Due to the Global Coronavirus Pandemic, we are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for some of our products which has resulted in some items becoming out of stock within a very short timeframe. We are also doing all we can to ensure our employees stay healthy and safe by closely following Government advice. This means that there has been some delays to orders and refunds. The order I placed took ages to get to me. It was unsuitable so I returned it the same day. Here we are 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my refund. Difficult to get hold of Customer Service Dept and I didn't get any reply to my e-mails.

Awful, ordered a fairly simple order 12 days ago and paid for delivery, still waiting... they’ve taken the complete mick. Can’t get hold of anyone at this useless company and provided with no updates. Waiting until the end of the week and if I have received nothing I will be contacting me bank to pull the money back. What a nightmare

My god it is easier to get hold of a tennage junkie than this company, they never answer the phone or emails. I ordered a few items from them they don't know its my job to find suppliers for the care home group I run 96 sites in all. Won't be using them again. Had to go down the root of my bank chasing a refund.

Very bad. They used to be better not sure what’s happened to them. I have bort a standing hoist from them, and so fare been waiting for my delivery for 7 days. I was told it be take 3 to 5 working days. Call them yesterday was told it will take 5 to 7 working days. I need the hoist eminently. The person I spoke with yesterday could even tell me if the product was dispatched.

Very frustrating! Had ordered some sanitise products from them about 2 weeks ago. Nothing hear from them about the dispatch! Had chased up few times about this.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! After ordering an overbed table, it has taken nearly 2 weeks, to eventually get one delivered! Their next day delivery is none existent, even though we paid for it? Also, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired? They answer emails 2 days after they receive them and don’t return calls, even though they promise to?

Absolute disgrace I ordered a walking stick on a next day delivery service at extra cost did not arrive so emailed company which they returned a day later promising that good would arrive and gave me a fictitious consignment number for parcel force so I have emailed them again as we were desperate for goods,hence the next day del,no one could be bothered to reply and I've had to go else where at last minute as need the stick for mobility this is neither a professional or honest company especially when disabled people are relying on them avoid at all cost

Terrible customer service. Ordered a batwing pillow with pillowcases for very ill elderly mother. Over a week later the pillowcases arrived but no pillow. Spoke to them and was advised they would send another one. Over a week has passed and still no pillow. They now say they are dispatching today on 48hr service and I have requested next day due to the unacceptable delay. Still not confirmed they will do this. Absolutely shocking service - I would not recommend at all !!!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! First, they sent a faulty wheelchair, then they sent another one back with only one brake and when one wheel went flat said that it was "company policy" not to issue new inner tubes. And now, they are refusing to take the wheelchair with one brake back because it's beyond the timeframe for returning things, even though they offer a 6 month warranty and we only ordered in September. They have been very unhelpful to the staff at the care home and all in all, offer a disgracefully bad service to vulnerable people. Avoid at all costs.

Didn’t make me happy as nothing turned up I have left a message for you to return my money and although you have my money for nearly a month now had to go out and purchase a walking stick so will be informing Breakfast TV how your managing director does not provide the service he was praised for ?

I wrote a Review a short while ago when the delivery Parcel Force and customer Services let down Complete Care shop and I thought it was worth three star so now it’s time to say thank you to Complete Care and Royal Mail who delivered in three days considering it is the Christmas period worthy of five stars

Awful. Been told for 3 weeks my item was on its way, only for today to find out they have no stock and will not be getting anymore. I was actually told that it was packed and ready to send. But now 3 weeks later I am not going to receive my item and have to wait another 72 hours for a refund. Awful company.

I ordered a trip walker 10/11,cash taken on the 15th/11, still not received it,after numerous calls with the same lady who needs to go on a course to learn people skills, I have now contacted trading standards.DISGUSTING.

Wouldn't recommend this company ordered a wheelchair on the 19th November keep getting told at the warehouse for dispatch and can't cancel order as its at the warehouse for dispatch but they can't tell me when that will be company is an absolute joke had I known this I would have ordered from a different company that deliver next day save yourself the hassle order from someone else because I won't be using this company again.

Absolutely appalling business management of costumers and don’t complain! If you do, a reply is “curt” is the best to expect. Orders are far from priority!! I would never use this company.

I can do no better than my anonymous friend who posted the following - “Don't touch them with a barge pole! Only giving them 1 star as you can't give no stars. Can't comment on the quality of the goods because I STILL don't have them but customer service is non-existent and should be renamed Customer Non-service. Still chasing up goods and was told they'd been out of stock but website showed in stock. Customer rep was abrupt and couldn't let me talk to a manager When I got a call back from one, she didn't do anything she said she would. Four 13 minute waits on phone and call just cuts out. Absolutely awful experience
