“Brought 4 water jug flask. 3 was ok. But 1 was smashed inside till today 11th jan, order on early December still not sorted out. So very disappointing with customer services. Seen to don't want too know.”

“Slow delivery well after the date initially advised and no proactive updates/communication from COMWALES. The item was miraculously reported as "now despatched" the day after I raised a query (via online email as nobody answered the phone when I rang on several occasions). 2 star rating selected as the item was eventually received in time for my grandson at Christmas but I'd never buy from COMWALES again. My order was placed 25 Nov and estimated delivery stated as 2 - 9 Dec. Parcel marked as despatched on 14 Dec (after I raised chaser query on 12 or 13 Dec) and delivery actually occurred 20 Dec via Evri. So 5 days short of a month from date of order and well after initial estimated delivery date.”

“The delivery took longer than expected but that was due to xmas I presume. It was delivered to the wrong address and I had to track it down but that was the delivery company rather than comwales! Comwales customer service was good and I had a very quick response”

“I ordered an admittedly rather obscure German manufactured item through Comwales at 2/3 the price of other suppliers. It was not urgently needed, so after waiting longer than I had initially expected, I was delighted to receive it in perfect order.”

“My parcel was initially scheduled for 8 to 10 days after purchase but didn't seem to get dispatched until the 10th day and arrived 2weeks after that (I did allow for delays caused by postal strikes). The product itself was as advertised and I'm very happy with that but the communication about the delivery could have been much better.”

“A decent product let down by very slow delivery process. I realise Christmas is a busy period but this took over two weeks to arrive. I ordered other products during the festive season and not one took more than five days to arrive.”

“The price of the product was comparable to anywhere else. Also, overnight delivery was a definite plus. But the main reason is because the customer service is at its best.”
