“The delivery took longer than expected but that was due to xmas I presume. It was delivered to the wrong address and I had to track it down but that was the delivery company rather than comwales! Comwales customer service was good and I had a very quick response”

“I ordered an admittedly rather obscure German manufactured item through Comwales at 2/3 the price of other suppliers. It was not urgently needed, so after waiting longer than I had initially expected, I was delighted to receive it in perfect order.”

“Comwales despatched my order from their depot in Germany which arrived very quickly, contact was very quick too. Not too sure why other customers are having trouble with these guys.”

“It would have been 5 stars if my goods had arrived when expected. I placed the order on 13th Oct and it did not arrive until 14th Nov,the website stated 5-10days delivery, so disappointed with the delay. Customer services were very good and responded to my queries rapidly and did try to get my order to me.”

“I received timely and appropriate support from the customer care representatives on multiple occasions. Just that delivery was delayed by a week which caused me inconvenience so deducting 1 star for that. Overall I would again make a purchase from here if I have a week of buffer. Thanks!”

“I recently ordered an apple picker from Comwales Ltd. The price was right but when I checked the delivery date it was in about three weeks time. The apples were already starting to fall and smash on the ground so I contacted Comwales through their website (Contact Us page) hoping to speed things up. I had a couple of replies and received the item about a week after the estimated delivery date. Comwales said the item came from Germany but their lorries were delivering aid to Ukraine and picking up their deliveries en-route back to UK. Affordable prices and good pcommunication but you'll have a long wait for your items. Remaining apples picked and stored for winter.”

“On finding that my Phillips razor is no longer made, I first had to contact them to check what the new details are to order some replacement parts. Phillips themselves were out of stock for the cleaner, but ComWales were able to supply it immediately at a competitive price. It took a few days to arrive, but this was not an emergency!”

“Difficult to judge the size of the spring I was ordering from your picture on the display. It turns out the spring I ordered was too big to fit the secateur, but with a pair of pliers i managed to fit it in place!!”

“This present was for my grandson and arrived within a couple of days even at this time of year which was quite pleasing. However the outer packaging was damaged So I need to keep my fingers crossed that the toy inside is fully intact and not broken but I won’t know this until he opens his gift on Boxing Day when we see him. JB”

“We collected the table top dishwasher from your shop in Pontipreed. Had trouble finding how to get to the shop as traffic only allowed at certain times. So parked in the car park nearby. We are both pensioners and had to carry it to the car. Not easy or helpful. Can you not get a sack barrow to ease the load? That was definitely a down on our experience.”

“Hello, The device seems great and came very quickly and was the best price I could find online so happy with that. One improvement area is the packaging that was used for delivery - it is extremely flimsy and was actually open when I received it (the tape and so on had come open). So that is an area to improve on Other than that very happy John”

“Quick delivery and product as described. Somewhat more expensive than some sites but owing to weather, the paddling pool in question had sold out at many places and those with stock seemed to take advantage of the shortage by raising prices. My fault for not buying a few weeks ago.”
