“Slow delivery well after the date initially advised and no proactive updates/communication from COMWALES. The item was miraculously reported as "now despatched" the day after I raised a query (via online email as nobody answered the phone when I rang on several occasions). 2 star rating selected as the item was eventually received in time for my grandson at Christmas but I'd never buy from COMWALES again. My order was placed 25 Nov and estimated delivery stated as 2 - 9 Dec. Parcel marked as despatched on 14 Dec (after I raised chaser query on 12 or 13 Dec) and delivery actually occurred 20 Dec via Evri. So 5 days short of a month from date of order and well after initial estimated delivery date.”

“Took a long time to deliver this service - longer than that specified on the website .I had to make 2 contacts to the 'help' email before I got a sensible responsible response about when to expect my order. I started to worry that the website was not 'genuine' after all”

“Had to wait a really long time for delivery. Ended up having to email to find out where product was. They sent another out said if 1st one arrived decline second. Only ever received one. So good job I emailed them. Second still took long time to arrive. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.”

“I ordered a Lego set on 11th Nov. I received an email stating it would be delivered 18th-25th Nov. On the 30th Nov I emailed to see when it would arrive. The next day I received an email stating it had been despatched "yesterday"”

“The delivery time of the item I purchased was rather long. Just over three weeks. No customer service or telephone number to call for an update (line constantly dropped, no one answering the phone). The item is ok. Won‘t buy again at this shop….”

Hello, If you need to contact us please use the support ticket service here: https://support.comwales.co.uk/submit_ticket We also have a live chat service online when a representative is available. We do not have a call centre. I have checked your order and apologise that your item was delivered 6 days late, your item came from our Frankfurt warehouse and there have been some delays with the deliveries from Central Europe due to our drivers doing aid runs to Ukraine before returning to the UK warehouse. Thank you for confirming you have received the item as you have raised a chargeback on it with your bank claiming non receipt. We will send this review to the card merchant and use it in evidence if we need to claim should you not reverse the chargeback.

“I ordered a board game from comwales.co.uk and it took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive it arrived damaged, as they just stock the boxed game in a plastic bag with a sticker on it. Not even bubble wrapped. When contacting their customer service, they told me this was their normal way of shipping and that they never had any issues before. Clearly this review page says differently. I sent them images of the damage and they could not see anything wrong, even though the box was clearly damaged. I would not recommend this company. Go somewhere to spend your money!”
