“I ordered a Bailetti coffee maker November 9th 2022 as a Christmas present for my son and his wife. When It didn’t arrive I cancelled and was told my money would be returned. I’m still waiting and as a pensioner can I’ll afford this loss”

“Do NOT give any money to this company! Do not believe the CEO of ComWales - Shaun Stephen Hopkins b.Oct 1978). Seriously ask yourself how his alleged do gooder action for Ukraine through UK4UA is funded?? Monies are taken through his ComWales org company for which he is the sole director for goods that are often never delivered (look at all the negative ComWales reviews online!!!}. Unless I personally receive my credit in next 7 days I will report Shaun, ComWales & UK4UA to (but not limited to) Charities Commission; Action Fraud; HMRC; & Scouts Association (for which Shaun is a Trustee of the Tredegar Scouts)”

“Worst online retail experience I have ever had!! Ordered a Neff item from them in Nov-2022 which never arrived. Over 6 months later I am still trying to get my money back from them, which is impossible given they never reply to emails and you cannot phone them. Civil Claim now pending. Avoid this scam of a company at all costs!!”

“My friend at 83yrs ordered and paid £106.46 for a microwave. COMWALES took the money on 14 March 2023 but hasn’t received the item yet. We now think it’s a scam company set up to fleece as many people as the can. I sent an email to them today, but if I receive a positive reply, I’ll remind my view of them. IF YOU WANT TO BUY ANYTHING, DON’T EVEN LOOK AT THIS COMPANY. THEIR CON IS NOW SO OBVIOUS HAVING SEEN THE HUNDREDS OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS.”

“AVOID this company. THEY ARE THIEVES…They will take your money and not deliver the goods. They will ignore your emails, not issue a refund and phone lines don’t work. It’s all a scam. I have now taken this all up with the 'dispute team' of my bank. This is what they want you to do so they can keep the money and goods. I have reported them to trading standards. For peace of mind, purchase from a company you know and trust. I’d give them minus starts if I could.”

“I ordered an item from ComWales on the 12th Dec, and on their website it said 3-5 days delivery, great I thought as it meant a Xmas present would arrive in time. The item did not arrive before Xmas and I got no emails to say that there was a delay. I tried many times to speak to someone on the phone to enquire what was the delay, but no one answers the phone and goes straight to an answer message asking you to log a ticket online, which I did 2/3 times as I didn’t hear anything back. After the new year came and went and still no item delivered, I messaged ComWales on Facebook Messenger and to my surprise they responded and advised that the item is still in customs waiting for clearance and they claimed that they had been messaging me with updates, which I did not get and they asked me to check my junk folder which I did and there was nothing there either. Fast forward to nearly the end of Jan and the item finallly arrived only you can tell that the item is not meant for the UK market as the plug has this massive adaptor on it which makes the item stick out when plugged in. I wish I had read the reviews on ComWales before deciding to use their website, as I would not have used it and I definitely won’t be using them again. 0 = customer service 0 = delivery time as stated 0 = item as described DO NOT USE THEM.”

“Item arrived over 2 weeks late. Was sent multiple e-mails to say that the parcel was dispatched only to receive another one later on delaying the postage time. Next to impossible to find any means of correspondence with them to resolve the issue. Strongly advise people to shop elsewhere.”

“Brought 4 water jug flask. 3 was ok. But 1 was smashed inside till today 11th jan, order on early December still not sorted out. So very disappointing with customer services. Seen to don't want too know.”
