We waited over a month for our order , rang numerous times never anyone to answer the phone , emailed a few times finally got a reply ,had to order same item from amazon as was a birthday present it was here in 3 days...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE A TOTAL WAST OF TIME

Do NOT buy from this company. Not had delivery even WAY BEYOND the estimated timeframe and I have had absolutely no success at all in trying to contact them. I have now taken this all up with the 'dispute team' of my bank. For peace of mind, purchase from a company you know and trust.

Well over a month to deliver something the site said they had 5 of in stock. Slow to respond to emails (several days) and their own contact us page, nearly gave up on item. Will not use again.

Item took around 7 weeks to arrive but when I ordered the item was 3-5 days, I told them to cancel the order as it was too late, they said they would but it arrived anyway, rubbish service.

Delivery estimate when order placed was 7-10 days. Actual delivery approx 3O days. After the 10 days passed I emailed the customer service. No response. Found a customer helpline phone number via an internet search. Voicemail (Welsh and English) told me I was in a queue, but my call was then sent to a discontinued mailbox. When my online query was eventually answered, I was told there is no customer telephone helpline... in which case they need to find and remove the one that can be found online I was then told that the Cornwallis would have to reorder the items, and that I might then receive 2 deliveries. After approx 30 days, the items were delivered (Just the one delivery). It appears that the company was waiting for the items to be imported. Their business methods allow them to offer low prices, but their poor reviews from dissatisfied customers suggest that over-promising on delivery dates is a huge weakness. As everything is done on-line, it should be possible for customers to be emailed automatically when deliveries are running late. I would never recommend purchasing items that had to be received within the promised 10-day delivery timescale.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don't really know where to start - I have been building a kitchen and have been ordered various items from different websites - I ordered a microwave from ComWales as it was cheaper than any other websites...I can see why now. They state that standard delivery is 5 - 10 working days. Well after 7 weeks it still hadn't come. I attempted contacting them via phone but received no answer and it just just cut off. I emailed numerous times but would receive a reply a week later, if I was lucky and they would just try to avoid answering saying delivery was pushed back. When I emailed for a refund they just ignored me - I was forced to go through my bank to get a refund. I have to be honest - I do question some other positive reviews as I have seen their recent reviews through multiple websites and it is terrible! Over a dozen websites I have ordered from in the past few months for appliances and this one is the worst by a mile...and then some!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I AM REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS. They quickly take your order and money and then the item delivery date keeps on being extended. I ordered a coffee machine on 26 September and every time I track the order the delivery dates change 1 day forward. I have asked for a refund 3 times to no avail. You cannot speak to them, the message box is full and they are slow to respond to emails. They are not reputable or trustworthy and more fool me for using them. Avoid at all costs. I only put one star because there was no option for zero star.

I ordered my items on 6 October. I have had excuses why my items have not been delivered. I have asked for a refund but that has not happened, either. Do not deal with this company, they are charlatans.

My order was taking longer than expected. Still 4 weeks later no delivery and no response to 5 emails and service desk tickets. No way to contact by phone. They have my money and I have no product or customer service response. Avoid.

Placed order on 19 October 2022 and still waiting for the item to be delivered and it is now 15 November 2022. Replacement sent on the 1 November 2022 and this one is tracked - BUT NO tracking details available to be given to me according to customer services email. This item is now 10 Working days since sent and has not turned up at all. Requested refund but nothing but silence from them. DO NOT USE

My order took months to arrive, and only after I had repetitively chased it through a lacklustre customer service system. Took days to reply to info requests. Would not use again and would not recommend to anyone.

I have placed an order on 20 July 2022 ( Order 2388322) and still waiting for delivery and there has been no communication received from the trader. Contacted Citizens Advice consumer service and reporting them to trading standards . Avoid this company at all cost. I wish i would have read the reviews before place an order with this company

Hello, as you are aware based on the support tickets we have with you, your order was sent with Fedex approx. 2 weeks ago. You informed us 2 days ago that it had not been delivered so we immediately raised it as a non-receipt claim with FedEx. We are currently waiting for them to conclude their investigation which usually takes around 5 days. Once this is complete, we are able to issue a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
