I ordered a coffee machine for my dads 83rd birthday November 2020. Kept saying delivery on it's way. Had to order one from another company. I'm still trying to get my money back twice I've been told they have refunded me . Dont use this company absolutely terrible.

BEWARE OF COMWALES Ltd BEWARE OF COMWALES Ltd. They are very professional at taking your money but very unprofessional at delivering the goods. I placed an order in December 2019 and three months later there was still no sign of my goods despite endless emails to them and their standard reply promises. Finally I managed to get my money back through 'chargeback' via my bank/Visa. BEWARE!!!

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a bread maker months ago. I cancelled it and they sent it to me anyway. I refused the delivery as they told me to and 3 months later they still haven't sent me a refund.

I returned an item which was tracked and delivered to ComWakes over 4 weeks ago. Despite numerous emails I have still not been refunded. The item was bought by my 9-year old from his savings (nearly £300!). Feel like I’m being fobbed off!! Very disappointed.

Not a business...scammers who take money, don't send products and never respond. Do not give them your business! I ordered a starwars helmet jan 1st which never came and costing £150 I was more than upset that no-one answered my calls (I couldn't even leave voice mail on several occasions) no-one replies to email etc. By Feb the 1st I emailed telling them just to refund me, no response so I took up a claim with PayPal and the helmet was sent next day delivery...even tho I asked to be refunded!!!! Now yet again no-one responds to my calls, voicemails, email and im left with a helmet I asked to cancel and an expensive return bill with no idea ill even get a refund. Absolutely awful experience

A bunch of crooks. I placed an order in November. Still not arrived by January so demanded a refund. It's now 14th February and still no refund. I'm nearly £200 out of pocket and they don't seem to care. Get the occasional reply by e-mail/messenger asking me to be patient and blaming COVID/BREXIT - What rubbish! Unable to contact by phone. My biggest regret is not checking them out before I ordered. I will not be so trusting in future. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - ComWales - Please, Please, Please return my money

AVOID ! My experience same as others. Ordered by eBay. ComWales said 4 days to delivery two weeks later eBay says order in process of being cancelled (and has said that for a week....). Either they are a bunch of crooks or utterly incompetent, or both. Wonder if the good reviews here are made up.

Unbelievably bad! I genuinely do not know why this ‘outfit’ hasn’t been closed down and prevented from trading. Placed order on 2nd December. Site said delivery in 3 to 4 days. Chased on a number of occasions and was reassured I would have the items well before Christmas (toys for my grandson for Christmas) but items not delivered until January! Worst service I have had from a large number of online services I have used for Christmas.

This company took my money and then NOTHING. I have had my money back but it is a month since ordering. I agree with other customers who say "do not buy anything from this company". Keep your money safe.

I strongly discourage anyone to buy anything from this company! I placed my order on the 12th of December and the last update I got from them was the 14th of December when the status was changed to "Awaiting Shipment". We are now the 8th of January and I haven't heard from them since! Despite several attempts to contact them by calling or sending messages from their site I have had no response. The worse is that they are still trading and I can buy online the same item that I bought in December now, there is nothing on their website warning me before I place an order! the only thing is that they have put on the website that we should be patient... If they cannot process the orders they should not carrying on taking orders. This is a disgrace - NEVER AGAIN - I have simply been robbed!

It's the worse company ever. I only live a few miles from this company and about to actually go there. They took nearly a month to deliver after continual emails. Contact on messenger etc.When it has finally arrived its not the model I've ordered. We even have the bank onto it as we paid by credit card. Don't touch this company its not worth the hassle. Please please stay well away from them. If I could have not put a star I would have

I would give no stars if I could. It took 20 days to receive my item. Very limited communication (I think I only finally received an email because I opened a case with PayPal) and when they finally did reply they told me it was still within the delivery time frame when it wasn't. Asked for my order to be cancelled then a day later received a dispatch email which even had a note on saying I wanted to cancel! I would return the item but I've read in other reviews that people have struggled to get refunds. Phone lines don't work and the handful of different email contacts I found don't appear to either. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Shocking service! I grew tired of waiting for my delayed order so requested a refund. I was then told that it was being delivered and to refuse delivery. I did so and was told I’d receive my refund within a week to no avail. No response to my emails and their lines are always down. I’ll contact their CEO Shaun Hopkins and Trading Standards if I don’t receive my refund in next 24 hrs

Shocking company to deal with, I ordered a Samsung Microwave GE83x , no confirmation details of the order , nothing! I contact them prior to purchase over Facebook messenger, where they responded quite promptly to alleviate any concerns / queries. Once I actually paid for the appliance , no response to my messages , I can see they read the messages but they still do not answer ! This company is a sham , I will not stop until I get my money back ComWales , rest assured! Answer my messages , or I will take this matter further . Your reviews now paint a picture for me of what type of company you really are. I will repost this every day unless I get a refund, as I feel I am after being robbed ! Be warned !

Our standard delivery time at the moment is 3 to 10 working days and today is the 5th since order so I would expect you to take delivery by mid next week. We have passed on your email to the carriers and they will contact you with a delivery appointment" lies all lies, its Thursday nothing delivered or any contact from so-called carriers, this lot is as bad as it gets, they didn't even reply to 3 emails I sent, I only gave them 1 star because 0 is not an option.....update; just been reading the feedback for conwales and now realise I made a BIG mistake buying from them, I have in light of their feedback put in a PayPal dispute. update; 14/08/2020, message to comwales, As you have not yet sent my order can I have a FULL refund as soon as possible.15/08/2020, message to comwales, As you have not yet sent my order can I have a FULL refund as soon as possible. 16/08/2020, message to comwales, As you have not yet sent my order can I have a FULL refund as soon as possible.

I ordered a kettle on the 3rd July. I live in Wales and understand there may be some delay due to Covid but having ordered from many companies on line in the last 4 months, I expected it should not take too long. However, this is the worst service I have ever experienced. Despite numerous emails and messages there has been no contact at all. I have no idea what the status of my order is. I recently asked for a refund if they could not deliver but still I have heard nothing.

Awful service would advise against using them. I Ordered a coffee pot on June 13th payment taken on the 24th. After three weeks of no communication chased for a delivery date they could not provide one and after five days of trying to get some sort of sensible answer I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. To date they have not despite repeated email requests acknowledged my cancellation or refunded my money

Absolutely dreadful. No communication. Took forever to arrive. They only shipped after I tried 3 times to cancel the order. Ended up with double as I had to go local in the end. Claim raised via PayPal.
