“I've no idea if the toy I bought is any good, I'm still waiting for it to be delivered! That's despite being told it would be delivered in 5 - 10 days. Ask me again when I've actually received it.”

“Would be great to actually leave a review as that would mean I had received my purchase ! Almost 8’weeks now that I’ve been waiting for my pink fridge freezer that I paid almost £700 for and still nothing !! No emails .. No phone calls !! Nothing !!! What’s going on ?????”

“25/07/2022 Ordered a mouse. Estimated Delivery Dates From 01/08/2022 - 08/08/2022, not good but whatever. 27/07/2022 Checked a day later to see if it was shipped and saw that the shipping date was pushed a lot (late August). 27/07/2022 Asked to cancel, this was pending. 27/07/2022 Ordered from Amazon 29/07/2022 Received from Amazon 14/09/2022 I got a rejection for my cancelation and a notification that the mouse is on it's way. 16/09/2022 I got a message from the post that there is a package, I am not going to pick it up. This is ridiculous, I already got my money back from the credit card company after reporting this.”

“I ordered some glasses form Comwales on 8th August, and they were due to be delivered 'within 5 days'. Now, a month and a half later they have still not arrived. I have sent numerous emails to Comwales. They hide their phone number, adn never answer the phone. They never give a name in any email reply. They take over 5 days to reply to emails, and often never reply. They todl me they then stopped the order and are due to refund me. That was two weeks ago and they have still not refunded me. I am reporting this company. It should be called CON wales.”

“Not a great experience and won't be using again or recommending to anyone. Very late delivery and bad customer service. When the order was about 25 days late I contacted customer service and they said standard delivery was 5-10 days and I should be patient even though it was already way over their standard 5-10 day delivery. Customer service then implied it was my fault for not checking the order status, even though I had several times. I then tried to cancel the order as it was so late but this got rejected and then miraculously the order turned up a few days later. Didn't apologise or accept any responsibility for the late delivery and things only seemed to get moving when I cancelled the order.”

“Ordered something that had an expected delivery of a few days. Checking the order status regularly and the delivery date kept going up. Decided to cancel the order as what I needed it for had long gone, got a confirmation email saying cancelation request was received and accepted. Nothing happened for another week, no refund or communication. Tried ringing but got nowhere, emailed them and I got a response, customer service accepted no responsibility for anything and said it was in fact my fault for not checking the estimated delivery even though I had done exactly that several times. They said their standard delivery can take up to 10 days and I should be patient and the cancelation request was now rejected. I replied saying I ordered the item over 30 days ago so it was well out of their standard delivery date but they said the same thing still not accepting any responsibility. Heard nothing and them the item got delivered over a month after ordering, needless to say it will be getting returned for a refund and I’ll never use the shambles of a shop again.”

“I haven’t received my order yet. Was supposed to be delivered between 23/8/22 & 31/8/22. Sonic hat, gloves & snood. I paid £19. 37 on the 15/8/22 but I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered.”

“Very poor service. Item ordered on 27th July with delivery 5 - 10 days. Still not been delivered and they have not replied to my last ticked raised last Monday, 22nd August. Definitely will never be using this company ever again.”

“Would give -100 stars if I could! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've been waiting for my refund for an order I returned for over 2 months ago. I've send them endless emails to which there is no resolution, no replies and my emails are also getting ignored. I tried calling their store multiple times and of course no one picks up the phone. Absolutely appalling service!!! Currently I have send 6 emails chasing my refund to which I have not received a response since their last email on 26 July confirming they finally FOUND my return - only a month a half since I've sent it and it was delivered to them. If you are thinking to order something from them, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you want a horrible service and to be left out of pocket!!!!!”

“AVOID AVOID ADOID. I placed my order on 3.7.22 with ComWales Ltd. The company delivered my order today 15.8.22, 40 days later. I had to send them over20 emails and live chats to be able to get my order. The confirmation email says 5-10 working days for delivery. I had such a stressful experience with this company.”

“Having a major problem with this company. No communication and no response to problems with fridge freezer. The delivery time came and went and arrived very late. On opening the packaging, saw a huge scratch so took pictures and videos and sent to them. Poor response. This was in December 2021. My fridge freezer has now stopped working and I have lost all of my food purchases. I have tried every day to contact them by telephone, message and email and heard NOTHING I am now taking this further as need a full refund and compensation...... Not happy at all..... AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“What an absolute bunch of clowns. Ordered some cases November 2021, which were incredibly sub-standard and simply fell apart. I sent photos, and requested a refund, and the communication has been very slow. I have needed to chase them every step of the way. On 25 January 2021 They asked for the size and weight of the package, which I told them on 26 January. I chased them on 16 March for an update. Heard nothing until today (17 May), when they suggest that they sent me an email, asking me if I had a printer, (which they absolutely didn't send). They are now suggesting that due to the length of time, they can now no longer issue a refund CLOWNS CLOWNS CLOWNS.”
