I haven't got the product yet so how can I review it. When I emailed 2 weeks ago to ask for a delivery date I had no reply so ordered same product from Amazon which came next day so will return the Comwales product when I receive it.

We also answered your support desk query on the 28th advising you the item was with Evri and if they had not been in touch with you by the 1st with an ETA to come back to us. We haven't had any contact back until you left this review so were not aware you were claiming non receipt. Please use the support desk to get in touch with us. We apologise for the issues with your order, I can see we sent one to you on the 4th October with Evri that never arrived and then when you contacted us, we sent another one out on the 28th October that you have now received. I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the item.

I am not able to find any further communications from you. Please can you let us know what problems you were getting when trying to contact us so we can investigate?

Initially communications was excellent. Then when paying for ‘Next day delivery’ and confirmation of delivery on that day sent (although “before 18:00” is unhelpful) the package was not sent out until the second day. No FedEx apology given and no tracking path beyond the origination depot shown. FedEx told me I should claim via ComWales which I did over a week ago. No acknowledgement or response has been made. I look forward to hearing from ComWales soon. R Walker

Hello, we do not have a next day delivery service and all products on our site are given an estimated delivery day on the product page before you order. I have checked your order and it was placed on the 26/10/2022, the ETA at the time was 02/11/2022 to 09/11/2022. Fedex delivered to you on the 28/10/2022, 3 days earlier than our ETA so we are not able to claim with them as late delivery. Best Regards.

Avoid. This company is delusional and imo trying to keep your money without sending anything if they can get away with it. It took them 2 months to deliver items stating 5 working days delivery and an email asking where's my stuff. Yes it was cheaper and a good thing I didn't need them straight away but in reality I could have ordered them for 10% more from a reputable company and gotten them within 2 days. They pretended my items were sent and lost in transit but when they actually decided to send them for real, their system generated a note sent via email to advise, and this was never sent the first time meaning they never sent them until I inquired what's going on. Complete shambles.

Terrible experience, I waited 5 weeks for my microwave when the lead time was 10 working days, I had to chase constantly every week for an update, to keep being pushed away.

Placed an order for a very expensive tool set (over £1500) on 3/10/22. Zero contact or even order confirmation for 3 days until chased. Then told confirmation would follow which it did. Fast forward 18 days and nothing. Not even contact to say item shipped. Chased and chased with zero response. Finally got an email on Monday 31/10/22 with a fairy tale of an excuse asking for confirmation if we wanted to wait another 2-3 weeks or refund. Stated refund and told accounts dept (no such thing as I’ve seen the shop and it’s a one man band) would process within 3 days. Now 5 days on with zero contact or refund. Am now going after our money via our bank while simultaneously launching a small claims court action in Northampton county court. Company is late filing accounts with companies house which doesn’t bode well. Avoid this company like the plague if you actually want what you pay for. Don’t fall for the lies and spend it somewhere else. Looking at the 5 star reviews it’s obvious most are fake.

Item not received. They took the money though. Being as some of the positive reviews here are word for word identical, I suspect they are fake.

I am only providing one star as i couldn't choose Zero. 18 days have passed since an initial response to our email chasing our expensive order. no response, no communication and doesn't seem to consider the implications of fraudulently taking nearly £2,000.00 for an order that can't be fulfilled and can't be bothered to respond to support emails. As a result, we are taking action via the Northampton County Court.

HI, I am still waiting for my item. ref T00MTA0069896298 P2G107544954. I have tracked the parcel to the parcel hub but it has not moved since 3-10-22. the date now is 13-10-22. The order was placed 25-9-22. I am not happy with the service. A phone call would be good 07761765042. Thanks Martin

Warning - this is not a company I would use again - poor communication- waiting over a month for my product to arrive. Asked for a refund. But no one gets back to you. No contact number to call either. Stay away from this company!!!

Never arrived, not answered my emails, asked for a review? Went to my nephews birthday with no present. He was gutted poor boy and still waiting as no refund yet either!
