“My parcel was initially scheduled for 8 to 10 days after purchase but didn't seem to get dispatched until the 10th day and arrived 2weeks after that (I did allow for delays caused by postal strikes). The product itself was as advertised and I'm very happy with that but the communication about the delivery could have been much better.”

“A decent product let down by very slow delivery process. I realise Christmas is a busy period but this took over two weeks to arrive. I ordered other products during the festive season and not one took more than five days to arrive.”

Our current estimated delivery time for these nespresso coffee machines as they are coming from Frankfurt is 5 to 10 working days, but unfortunately yours was delayed by 3 days. We thank you for your patience during the delay, our drivers are going with aid deliveries for Ukraine before collecting from our German Warehouses on each trip. We hope you enjoy your purchase.

“Parcel took longer to come than 10 working days. Only informed of dispatch after emailing that it hadn't arrived on 10th day. Postage was more expensive than any other company I buy from. Having said that I did only manage to find the specific item I wanted with them. And when I emailed they did respond to my email promptly”

“I can tell you what made me unhappy, the package you sent me looked well wrapped and undamaged but the actual box that housed the blender looked as if had been kicked around the warehouse, the instruction leaflet was crumpled and stuffed inside, this has without doubt been opened before, whether the blender has been used and returned i would not know, i checked the blender and could not see any signs of use and it seems to function ok but it has left me with a niggling doubt if this is a brand new item or a customer return.”
