NO Stars if I had my Way I have been such a fool trying to order from ComWales. They do not care about their customers, what they think or deserve; they just want the money. I ordered a hose trolley that as per ComWales website was 'in stock'. After some weeks I decided to find out what is happening. I called ComWales customer service and got an automated message saying that the office was closed due to Coronavirus but that they are fulfilling deliveries. (Someone should have told them that the virus cannot be transferred over the phone). I sent an email and then another; no reply. I then used PayPal to cancel the order and request a refund. Then an automated email arrived saying that the item may still be shipped followed by two more 'automated' emails a week or so later telling me that the item has been shipped and if I do no longer want it, I should refuse it. If I did not (and missed the courier leaving the item outside my house) I would have to pay for any return. I agree with an earlier comment and believe that this is a one man show who sends out 'automated' emails to avoid personalisation, then sources products. Cancellations are ignored and orders are sent out via DHL in my case. It does not cost him anything as the DHL driver (self employed) does not get paid for the failed delivery and return as ComWales does not get charged for it. Refunds take up to 30 days. (Really?!) NOT my favourite company as you may have noticed and I will NEVER use them again. Thank god for PayPal!

He keeps your money and makes no effort to complete the order. This company is a small computer shop just outside Cardiff. It is operating in an incredibly irritating way by taking orders, many which cannot be realised. Holding onto your money forever if he gets the chance, but for as long as possible in any case. As some other reviewer puts it, A WASTE OF SPACE!

Ordered product nearly three weeks ago and payment was taken but still no product.I appreciate that its a torrid time for all but dont take payments until dispatched.As of 6.04.20 still no product and was ordered and paid for on 17th march...i wont be using this company again!...and customer service closed for now as well.

Sent wrong product when charged a ridiculous price to start with. Won’t respond to requested for correct order to be sent, won’t answer phone /email. Absolutely useless!!!!! Next step payment recovery from credit card. Don’t waste your time and money like I did!!

Don't stock kids toys if you can't supply them. Payment taken on 11/12 for a small teddy as requested in daughters letter to Santa. A surprisingly large shipping fee added for such light weight small item, but paid it as had no choice. Nothing arrived as at 23/12 @18:00. Called on 3 separate occasions to chase order and told it's in its way, and promised a tracking code. Never heard anything back from my calls. Seems they just fobbed me off and ruined a 6 year olds Christmas!

I placed an order for two items in March. The confirmation email stated that one item was on back order and was expected to be received in the next 5-10 days (estimate). 7 weeks later they are claiming that the item is still on back order despite them having sent an email 10 days ago (which they claim to have no record of) saying the item was being booked into the warehouse. Having contacted the company a number of times the attitude of customer services seems to be "take it or leave it". Appalling service.

Totally ignored my request to return unopened item. I got a response denying any wrongdoing and still no contact address or return arranged. Please let me Know who I can speak with about this

I bought a kettle in September which took ten days to arrive. I had a problem with the lid opening mechanism within days and returned the item as faulty in less than a month. Comwales returned the same kettle to me saying it didn’t have a problem with an insulting letter telling me to press the right part of the lid. I still have the same fault with the kettle which is getting worse and when I have complained I have been told to contact the manufacturer direct. Appalling lack of service. Don’t buy from this company.

I have been sent 3 emails requesting a review - but I have still not received the item I ordered!! Suggest they improve or change their logistics - if Amazon or Argos can do next day deliveries why not ComWales? Disappointed. The review was then replied to claiming delivery had been made - yet on checking the Royal Mail tracking number it is clear that it has not been delivered yet - still stuck around Kidderminster!! If I can check this why cannot ComWales???? Still only 1 star!

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel. As this is the first we have heard about the problem, we have just had a look at the tracking and can see that Royal Mail tried to deliver on the 20th November but there was no one home. Please refer to the card they left or their website with the tracking number which can be found on your order for further instructions on how to get your delivery. Best Regards.

ordered some extension rails for my Neff oven and they never bothered to send them despite contacting them several times and then after 6 weeks waiting I understandably got a bit tetchy with them and asked what they were playing at and with no answer they just cancelled my order, absolute useless company, don't bother.

Very disappointing service. Order my item one month ago and it was supposed to have been delivered within 7 days. When I called to enquire about my item and if I could get a refund I was told that refund was NOT possible as the item had already been despatched. I could refuse the deliver in order for refund to be processed. Alas, not only has the item not arrived, ComWales is ignoring my repeated email queries for an update. This is a very unprofessional and untruhtful organisation. II am actually taking this matter to the Ombudsman as no one should have their monies taken and not receive the item ordered, not be given any updates.

PURCHASED MICROWAVE, EXPENSIVE , OVERPRICED IF IM HONEST BUT WE WANTED A WHITS CURVED MODEL. VIBRATING BADLEY WOULDNT GIVE A REFUND, WANTED TO SEND IT BACK FOR TESTING. NO REFUND OFFERED I SENT SEVERAL VIDEOS ,OF ISSUES. STAY AWAY

Beginning to regret using this company. Item was confirmed in stock before placing order so I expected a delivery within say 4 days. it is now 11 days and the item still does not appear to have left their warehouse, although they confirm that it is still in stock. Obviously I am beginning to doubt the truthfulness of their customer services. I suspect that the item is not in this country. Maybe it is a grey import. Losing faith in company fast.

item ordered on the 2nd of the month. despite 4 phone calls and 15 days elapsed no one in the company can tell me where the item is. also there is no care in the customer service team who give vague promises of delivery and tracking information and still no information. I have asked to speak to a manager but once again no one is available . Companies like this make me wonder why I try to support UK business. I strongly advise you to go else where. a very disgruntled customer

Still haven't received my product, after 4 days of waiting in for 4 different delivery times! Absolutely appalling, I want a refund, use Royal Mail, I get their parcels!

After 10 days I hadn't heard anything, I phoned the company and was told (for the first time) that the product had been damaged in transit, was being returned to the warehouse where it would be assessed and then a replacement would be sent if required. No timescale could be given for this and I was expected just to wait without communication for this process. I phoned the following day as had been requested and still couldn't be given a estimated time of dispatch let alone when I would receive the product. I have now cancelled the order, gone to another company and they have already sent dispatch information within 24 hours and given me a delivery date. I am now waiting for a full refund, hopefully with more success than the product.
