I called company's office un London 3 Times. 2 times they didn't connect me to the driver. Third time I've reached the driver but he didn't speak English šo he didn't find me and I had to look for a taxi.

“AVOID!!!!!The worst service by far, booked a transfer online including two car seats everything paid for in advance and requested a pick up point from airport. On the day of the transfer my assistant reached the office 2hrs in advance of the trip requesting the drivers mobile number as well as to confirm that the driver has the two seats which I paid for, everything was confirmed. Firstly the driver did not meet at the requested pick up spot (which was confirmed) and secondly he arrived without any car seats causing a huge inconvenience as we had luggage and two babies. My assistant immediately reached out to the office advising of same and requesting a full refund for no seats as well as for not picking up at the pick up spot, all was confirmed and we were informed that they had a system error and that the correct information was not sent to the driver for our trip. Days later I noticed only a refund for the car seats, my assistant then reached out the office again querying same and was then informed that they wont be doing the full refund as the driver still drove the trip, emails went back and forth and my assistant requested managements contact details and she was told that management does not deal with these queries as the consultants are trained to deal with this. One would think that management gets involved when customers are unhappy with the service. I will not recommend them to anyone as they cannot be trusted even with making payments in advance.”

AVOID AT ALL COST
I have booked a transfer from Naples airport to Atrani on the 13th of September. I contacted the customer service from ConnectoTransfers while waiting for my flight in Gatwick Airport as I was informed the flight would be delayed. The person from customer service who I spoke to reassured me that this was ok and that the driver was informed of my flight, and would be tracking it.
On arrival, I turn my phone on and see a message from the driver, sent while I was in the air saying "Hello". Nothing else after that. I respond accordingly saying that we just landed. We got no response for that. Once we got to the arrival hall clearly there was nobody waiting for us. We contacted the driver numerous times by message, also tried to call him from two different phones and got no response whatsoever. Also we tried contacting the ConnectoTransfers customer service and got no answer whatsoever. After about half an hour we got an answer by text from the driver saying "the plane arrived late we couldn't wait you should contact the company for another driver I'm not available".
Given this appalling situation (and the fact that we were stranded at midnight in an unknown airport) we had to arrange for new last minute transport for us at the cost of 220 euros.
As you can imagine we're pretty upset with the company and with the driver, particularly given that we informed them about the delay and we were confirmed it was all fine.
After this we requested a full refund for the service they failed to provide and our out of pocket extra expenses (220 euros).
After a week of investigation the company CONFIRMED the incident and refunded us only what we prepaid them. They have since ignored our numerous requests for the extra expenses. This clearly shows a lack of care for their customers and evidently a company that CAN'T BE TRUSTED AND RECOMMENDED.”

“I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I booked a transfer in error and notified them within the hour that I'd booked it. They refused to refund me and refused to escalate it to a manager. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.”

“AVOID...AVOID....AVOID: Arrived in Rome and waited 45min on the taxi. Walked up and down the the drivers with all the signs but no one for us. I phoned Connecto twice and on both occasions I was told they could not contact the driver and they were looking into an alternative. On my third phone call I was told I would be better to look for alternative travel to our hotel. THEY NOW WONT REFUND OUR DEPOSIT!! They are now saying the driver was there, which is easy to say now we have returned back to the UK. AVOID.AVOID...AVOID”

Refused to refund deposit paid.
They have since deleted the WhatApp messages telling us that they could not fulfil the transfer and to arrange another way to get to the airport!…what an unprofessional company.

“I paid in full based on a friend's recommendation that they were good for an airport transfer in Paris (you have the option of paying 25% to confirm the booking and balance to be paid in cash to the driver). I was stupid to trust the system as I was trying to minimise carrying cash in Paris. Connecto will ask for your flight landing time during booking (not your preferred pick-up time). Due to slowness at arrival I was out 5-10 minutes beyond their 1 hour wait time from 'landing time'. There was no driver, no replacement car and definitely no refund at least for the 75% that I should have paid in cash if I had chosen not to paid in full in advance. So both driver and Connecto gained full amount and I was left with a sour start to my holiday and after traveling for over 20 hours.
If you really want to use them, then DO NOT pay in full. Anytime happens and they will not honour you as a potential future customer. If possible just don't use them.”

I made reservation for 1 month ahead , I cancel the reservation same day but still they don’t refund you the advance payment as “cancellation fee”
Totally don’t recommend this service be aware and just book driver before the trip not from them , there are plenty respectful places with good rates and good service !”
“They advertise they will monitor your flight and adjust the pick up accordingly. This is not true. My flight of 11 hours was 1hr early and they said the driver wasn't coming for an hour. How is it in 11 hours they didn't bother to check once that the flight was on time? And then they refuse to offer a refund or a credit? Not serious company...choose another one”

We had booked a large car to drive us to the airport in Nice, but the driver dis mot show up. He then texted us 15 minutes later that he could be there in 15 minutes… as we are a family of 5 with 3 small kids, this was a challenging situation to get to our flight in time. We managed to find an alternative and will NEVER use connecto again! Absolutely unreliable.

I booked a refer transfer with a premium van and paid deposit in advance.
Upon departure I informed the company that our flight was delayed 20 mins, but was notified that this was not necessary as the driver was tracking our flight details.
Arriving at Hamburg we collected our bags and headed to the collection point but our driver was not there. I rang the company who told me that our driver had left but they would get him back. 10 minutes later, a driver turned up with no sign and a very vague knowledge of my name. He then had us follow him up escalators (dragging our 2 bike bags and other luggage.... which I paid extra to have included in the transfer) only to be taken to a taxi.
The driver had no knowledge of our hotel address and still charged us the additional 77 Euro we had been quoted by Connecto for our Premium Van (103 Euro total for the pick-up). For the record, a taxi between our hotel and the airport was 23 Euro!!
When I contacted the company for an explanation, I received zero feedback other than "we will look into it".
Needless to say, when I heard nothing, and received no apology for what had happened I cancelled our return to the airport and instead had a wonderful Uber experience for 23 Euro.

“Do not use this company. When booking the transfer they asked for my flight arrival time ( not what time I would like up be collected). My flight arrived 10 mins ahead of its scheduled time. The passport control queue was long so I messaged the office to advise them I was going to be a little delayed.
When I got through to arrivals the driver had gone, he did not try to contact me. I rang the office and they said they wouldn’t help me arrange another transfer.
After complaining to them they would not offer a refund of the 61 euros paid and said they had taken it as ‘expenses’.
Terrible service, avoid like the plague and get an Uber (which was 20 euros cheaper anyway!)”

Driver picking us up at Zurich airport cancelled because we came out 1 h and 2 min after the plane had landed (the gate was far from baggage claim, had to navigate the confusing airport layout with a baby and a toddler, lines for passport control were long as we were non-EU/Swiss - didn't stop for anything but was still not fast enough). He then said he was still at the airport despite cancelling and would take us to the city centre for a new full fare, meaning double payment as we had prepaid. We didn't have much choice because it would be a struggle to book additional transport otherwise with our babies and luggage and therefore paid him. Turns out he also did not have the correct car seats that we had prepaid for - the infant seat provided was actually rated for 15 to 25 kg, which was not suitable for our 9 month old but the driver insisted that it was correct. Extremely passive aggressive for the rest of the ride. We put in a complaint on the unsuitable car seats as well on the Connecto website and received no response. Shocking experience overall and would never use them again.”
