Blinds look lovely quality but are impossible to fit despite being called easyfit!

I am really disappointed with the fittings for these blinds. The tension on the strings needs to be tightened and readjusted. The strings regularly come out of their clips and need to be refitted. I have purchased roller and Roman blinds from Blinds2go before which I feel are much more secure. I don’t have the same confidence in these conservatory blinds.

Well made blinds, but clips didn’t fit in to my Danish double glazed window system. It was a bit of trial and error and guess I will not get my money back as this blinds was made to measure. I suspect they will work for bog standard British conservatory’s, but be warned they are fiddly to install and needs two people. Instructions could be clearer ie Ikea standard.

Cheap rubber stickers that don't help keep the cheap clips in place. Had to buy some better rubbers to hold the cheap thin clips in place. Notice on your YouTube video the lady had better quality clips and probably rubber stickers to hold it in place not good for the money you pay for them. Hope your CEO does something about these or was it him how decided to save money and use cheaper quality products. Hope this helps people.

The sticky buds are to cheap and thin had to buy some thicker better ones so the thin clip would stay clipped in when you move the blind up and down and one of the blinds with not close fully think the locking system inside is to weak to hold the blind.

Not great, bought these for my daughters bedroom to use with curtains to block the light when she goes to bed at 7pm. Yet, they still let in a fair bit of light. They also attract dust and need wiping every day. I'm looking get blackout blinds elsewhere and try to sell these on.

Great item but let down on delivery as house number wasn't printed on shipping label even though correct address is displayed on confirmation email. This caused long delay on receiving product

No issue with the blinds, no one was in and they were left outside and not in a safe and secure place. When we got home in the evening the box was damp and surprised to still se them there.

The blinds do not actually stay up, don’t know if this is a design fault or not, but it’s very annoying.

We ordered 2 conservatory blinds..the thermal type..the fixings which fit inside the window seal are what the blind attaches to..the plastic clips are a very poor design..ours needed adjusting as the blinds wouldn't stay up and kept sliding down..after adjusting as described in the instructions the cord now pops out of the end of the clip due to the tension..long term these will continuously fail..blinds cost £120 of which the clips must be £1..not impressed and may well end up in the bin !!

Blinds were to wide for the windows, the fabric part was fine, however the top and bottom carriers were 3mm too wide, so the blinds do not run in the recess.

Blind width - the "exact" dimension was given for the window width. The blinds "cross bars" are the same dimension i.e. no tolerance for fitting into the UPVC frame. Could have done with 1 mm gap each side as the choice is now between close to the glass and wedged in the frame or away from the glass and not fitting over the clips where the strings are attached thus leaving gaps top and bottom.

unfortunately I was unable to push the clips which are meant to go between the wondow and the seal all the way. I did everything according to the instructions however I was only able to push the clips in approx half the way. I was therefore unable to attach the frame and will now have to look into an alternative solution for my conservatory door. Very dissapointed as other products from blinds2go have always been very good and no problems at all.

The blind goes up and down but it doesnt tilt so we cant have it pulled dpwn but open. The only option when down is to have it shut which is disappointing. I believe it is because it is a long window and not enough clips so it isn't held tight to the edge of the window so it means the slats dont tilt.

Great price, didn't wait too long on delivery, we have bought perfect fit blinds before but wanted to try the conservatory blinds. In one word don't do it, good enough blind quality but there is a gap at the top and the bottom where the blinds just won't go to the top. If the blind sticks on the way up, if you try to budge it the string at the bottom flies up and the whole thing ends on the floor. The top and bottom clips are rubbish, it's a shame as the blind itself is good enough, I will use this company again as overall the perfect fit are fab.

We followed the video to measure the blinds but despite that they are at least few millimetres short either side because of the width of the unit at the top. Hanging them was a total fiasco the written instructions are different to the online video for a start, the video is actually correct in that they eventually go up. After being up for a week or so I’ve opened them this morning and one keeps dropping down, so I’ve had to rehang it all because the cords have worked out of the holes. I wouldn’t recommend or buy again, they look ok except for the sides but I can see they are going to be an ongoing headache. Oh and I noticed they started another sale the day after we ordered which is annoying as one had just ended, why don’t they just keep the sale price all the time if that’s actually what they are worth. You’ve lost this customer as a result.

The duo light easy fit blinds are a nightmare. They were made perfectly but they are so poorly designed, they have damaged the window seal and keep falling out. We have had to use card and superglue to make them stay. The instructions are poorly written too. We also bought the lustre gloss vertical blinds and they were brilliant. Well made, easy to fit and look great.

Despite following all installation instructions to the letter these blinds were very fiddly to fit. Washing up liquid made it worse. They stayed up for a few days but now slip slowly down leaving a progressively larger gap at the top of our window. Not fit for purpose in our opinion, especially considering the price.

They think that there is nothing wrong with their products and they do not bother helping or ubderstanding what issues are. it is very hard to sort things out with them. If nothing is wrong with blind, blind itself seems ok quality but when something goes wrong, no support and no solution is not provided.
