To put it bluntly, this company should really be called "Blinds2gowrong". I ordered 2 thermal blackout blinds from them in August of 2020. Less than two and a half years later they are unusable. The cords have frayed so much that the blinds cannot move up and down. Compare this to blinds from another company that were fitted 17 years ago and still work perfectly. They are used in exactly the same way. They go up in the morning and errrrm....down in the evening. (In other words, the actual purpose for blinds) The only difference is that those are not 'thermal blackout' material. Contacting the company gave me options of: Re cord them myself (they provided the cord). Send them back at my expense - for postage both ways. Buy new ones with a 25% discount. We initially chose to re cord them ourselves but realised it was less straight forward than we thought. Contacting the company back for advice, their advice was "It's too complicated". So why were we offered that option in the first place? There is an old saying "Don't throw good money after bad", so I will not be wasting any more money on this rubbish - and then repeating the whole process again in a couple of years time. My advice to potential buyers is look elsewhere unless you want to buy a substandard product from a company with substandard after sales service. Beware!

Conservatory blinds waste of money keep falling down. One cracked the window putting the bracket in, brackets don’t sit flush against the window so there is a gap at the top and bottom. Very difficult to adjust tension, and the instructions diagrams are mirror image so hard to follow. Going in the bin.

Very disappointed we ordered 4 wooden blinds and despite the company insisting you measure correctly it seems their staff can’t do the same. All 4 blinds are too long by several cm which means they clunk onto or past the window sill and have too many slats! Have tried to get help, sent photos and been ignored completely. No response! Wasted hours in online chat queue, sent emails passed from person 6 weeks later I finally got a chap called Daniel who having looked at the evidence of my blinds falling past the window sills assures me that they are in fact made correctly! Despite each one being completely different amount too long ranging (1-4 1/2 cm) this is acceptable apparently? They offered a Us. us a guide to removing slats but they are not going to do anything. At NO point in the buying process were we told our blinds would NEVER look like the ones on their website that open up fully and sit perfectly in the gap! Don’t waste your money with this company once they have it it’s gone!

Absolute waste of over £1000, made the mistake of ordering for the whole conservatory. 75% of the blinds needed extra adjustment as they kept falling down. Now when we get warm/hot weather the clips that slide in the window rubber slide out of position and the blinds fall out smashing any items on the window sills. Very poor ugly design.

Do not use. Awful experience. The blinds took over a month to arrive and when they did they were damaged. Have attempted to claim refund but they do not respond. They claim they require the return of blinds (which are large) however their courier does not pick them up. Customer service takes an age to reply and are u helpful and uninterested when they do. They have stolen money and we must now take legal action to recover.

Paid almost £8 for delivery for them to be left on the door step on a busy road. Blinds don’t fit and appear completely inappropriate for our window style despite being the same style as those used in the company images. Had a whole 5 bedroom house to purchase blinds for but glad I tried out 2 windows. £100+ wasted. Very disappointing experience.

The conservatory blinds I spent £700 on are pretty useless as they keep falling down particularly if there is a change in temperature. I raised the issue with them and they said I needed some more sticky pads. They sent me about a dozen! Last Summer the issue returned and I asked Blinds 2 go for a refund but they said they would only offer a 10% refund as it was over 12 months since I bought them, even though I advised them of the issue within the guarantee period. So I would not advise you to buy conservatory blinds from Blinds 2 go as they're not fit for purpose and their customer service is pretty useless too.

I gave specific measurements and to be honest it seems you guys didn't check it well. My blinds perfectly feed but there is additional layers that shouldn't be in there so every time I open each window some of them leftovers layers are all bend and folded because of the excess of material and to remark same happens to the 4 conservatory blinds I ordered. Not happy because I really wanted it to look mint and cool but the too and bottom part don't look actually nice.

Ordered the blind 2 weeks ago, still not turned up! Asked for call back, left emails explaining and asking for a refund and still nothing.

These blinds are fiddly and fit poorly. I know what I am doing having refurbished most of our house. The clips don't fit very well, the instructions were not entirely clear and the blinds are on the bonk! If they were not made to measure I would have sent back. Over £700 for conservatory blinds that frankly look poor. Save your money and look around for alternatives.

Service was good, blinds came on time but the blinds themselves were poor, they have left a gap at the top of each window and I was going to buy some for the rest of the house but because of that I won’t be. Matthew Smith

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The material used for the blind is good and does cut out the glare however the quality of the blind is extremely poor. I am very disappointed having bought enough blinds to do the entire conservatory I feel I have wasted a lot of money. The blinds do not stay up and the fixings are shoddy and cheap. Not one blind was connected to all its fixings so I'm having to fix all of them and there is no tension which is needed to allow you to open and close the blinds. The fixings are not the same as shown on the website and the blinds do not sit over them when closed meaning you have a gap at both the top and bottom of 5-10cm which looks awful. I would not recommend the conservatory blinds.

Impossible to fit as brackets supplied would not push into the rubber seal around window!

The plastic clips that hook around the metal hooks are not strong enough when you try to adjust the cord length. The plastic clips need to be more brittle to take the weight of the blind. Instead they bowed and became misshaped. I therefore could not use the blind and wish I had of spent a bit more money and gone elsewhere

These blinds were not a good buy at all and I am pretty sure it will not be long before they are discarded to the bin. Fitting the clips into the corners of the window seals was extremely difficult and the time taken to fit them was nothing like the 1:30 video clip. Trying to get the tension tight is near impossible and I have resolved to expect the blinds to be half open when they should be closed and half open when they should be shut. The plastic retaining clips for the chords are quite flimsy and it is only going to be a matter of time before they break. Buying these items was an expensive mistake.
