“Ordering and delivery excellent. Instructions not very clear. Unable to insert 2 of the brackets, so only gave one blind up!!!”

“The sample was tiny so impossible to make a judgement. Blinds are very nice, delivered on time. They all needed adjustment as they kept falling down.”

“The blind is very well made and I am sure it would look lovely on the window... unfortunately I have been unable to fit it despite several attempts. I manage to slide in three fittings and as I push the fourth one in the whole lot pop out. I do not have the strength in my hands to push them in any harder and I have struggled to adjust the strings. I will have to wait for someone to fit them for me.”

“Instructions on measuring bifolds day to measure black seal and the shortest measurement. However this means the tension is not enough on them to stay up. Therefore it keeps slipping down. Very frustrating and disappointing as these are not cheap. Otherwise quality there in the product and delivery good.”

“Quality of blinds is good. One very minor manufacturing defect which is not noticeable. Delivery service very poor. Delivered on promised day but fragile labels ignored and blinds simply thrown over our side gate, damaging the packaging but luckily not the blinds.”

“Quality of blinds are great and reasonable priced, we have used blinds2go for our whole house, however the delivery service is not great two times the courier have left our blinds outside the front of our house.”

“Delivery updates could have been better. The blinds arrived around 4 days after the estimated delivery date with no prior warning. The blinds are lovely and just as expected from the samples. Relatively easy to install. The blinds fit well although can not be completely opened as they fall down from the top. I hope this issues resolves itself once the folds in the blinds aren’t so tight from usage.”

“Perfect fit and great delivery, but they were very difficult to get right The clips under the glass were really hard and bent easily and the string is in the way of door handle On hindsight I should have had the fitted frame ones”

“I love the shade/colour of our blinds. The anthracite colour frames around the blind is rather big and has caused a slight problem with the current window locks, We will need to change the type of locks. The white frame does not seem to be as big.”

“Blinds for conservatory good in most respects. But our window rubber seals are old and the four fixing brackets kept pulling out. After much aggro, I drilled and screwed each to the plastic frame and they now work well. Will order more.”

“Very nice binds. Bought 8 venetian blinds. One was damaged, but fortunately the damage was hidden when installed. Several of the remaining blinds had parts missing. Yet again fortunately I did not need these missing parts when installed. Also one had more of a drop than required. I would suggest better inspection before sending out orders. Nevertheless they do look very good.”

“Blind itself looks fine but found the fitting a lot more difficult than expected. Struggled to get the brackets in the window frame and the strings kept coming off them, making it extremely hard trying to support the blind at the same time as putting the strings back.”

“Overall very satisfied with product. YouTube video helped a little for fitting instructions but would have preferred a paper version too, as it was difficult to decide which way the plastic clips fitted on the metal bracket which you insert within the rubber seal of window. It certainly wasn’t as easy as the video portrayed it to be. However that said I have since ordered more blinds for the front of my house. Would have scored a 4 if instructions were clearer.”

“The quality of the product is perfect and the time scale is also very quick. My only problem is with delivery as we have ordered twice and both times we have not been home when they have been delivered. The first time the parcels were just left down the side of the house for a week as we were on holiday and the 2nd time they were left propped up next to the front door in the rain.”

“Quality of product good, and delivered to my door with no problem. However the fitting of them not nearly as easy as instruction video claims. Fiddly and faffy, and I still can't get them sitting quite right. I am unconvinced as to their robustness. On this basis, I would recommend with caution.”

“The blinds look like. Ore money was spent on them, but...EVERY, SINGLE, ONE (I bought 12) needed the tension altering. Not one of them stayed up, or halfway up, without me fiddling around tieing new knots. So, if you have the time, and more importantly, the patience, then go for it. They do look very good once they’re up (eventually).”
