2 weeks after the money leaves your account you'll be told that there's a delay and they move the delivery date back. Then the freephone number you call apparently doesn't exist. Then you get told there's no refund as its all so bespoke. Then you get told that actually it's not a bespoke product as its not been made yet. Then you can't find out when it will ever be made. Then the person on the phone who's not helpful leaves you on hold. Then you wish you had not bothered with it all

I purchased Blinds 2go's Duoshade EasiFIT Blinds which are advertised on their website to be blackout blinds for conservatories. However, they are not fit for purpose because the top and bottom sections by design, is unable to cover all the glass sections of windows - hence, a fair amount of light comes through. Can't speak for their other products, but this EasyFIT Blinds are badly designed and we are disappointed. We had a number of windows to put blinds on and needless to say, we shall not be taking our custom to Blinds2go because of the quality of this product.

AVOID BLINDS2GO I have ordered two sets of blinds on 9th April and one of them arrived broken. I contacted blins2go several times by phone and by e-mail and they always say the part is on its way. Today is the 21st May and it is been over a month I have been waking up every day at 5am because I cannot install the blinds I paid for 45 days ago. I have e-mails, pictures and phone calls record. Contract me with any queries. . AVOID BLINDS2GO.

After speaking to an advisor I entered the exact measurements that I required, the item turned up a lot shorter, after phoning and speaking again to an advisor to rectify the problem they said there's nothing they could do and they'd be willing to knock money off another order. AS IF I'D HONESTLY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! After a lengthy conversation the advisor said a member of the complaints department would get in touch, that never happened. So now I am stuck with over £70 worth of blinds I can't use. Please stay clear of this company!!

Poor Poor Poor This company send goods which are to small and then refuse to accept returns or offer refund. Cannot rate them low enough. Do Not Use!!!

I went with Blinds2Go because of the positive online reviews. Having ordered a blind for my living room, the box arrived ripped and battered. A part was broken. The company eventually sent a replacement out. Next came the brackets/screws which were missing. Once that was delivered and the blind was up i realised it does not work! The tilting mechanism makes a horrid noise and the lowering/raising of the blind does not work. The company has ignored emails on the subject. Awful experience.

small claims county court case, after receiving my venetian blind i discovered they were too long and the slat operating mechanism was jammed, when i called blinds to go they told me they will post me a repair kit for the wind up cog mechanism and instructions to shorten the blinds, i said i didn't want to do my own repairs and asked for a refund on the grounds that it's 'not fit for purpose' blinds to go are refusing to give me a refund' so i have started a small claim against them in the county court for the recovery of my losses.

the width was fine but the length was way too long, by about 25mm, the bottom weight and one slat were hanging over the edge of the lower window frame, double checked my measurements as i used a blind fitting comany and they confirmed my measurements were good and the blinds were too long, I'm now in the process trying to get it sorted out via their customers services dept, as i have to somehow prove it was their error and not mine, it might require an legal affidavit from my fitter, also it's going to be a big hassle having to post it back to them, luckily i only ordered one initially as i wanted to check on the quality of measurements before ordering the remaining six other windows, good job i did otherwise i would have had to return all seven blinds, its the first time i have used blinds to go and so far I'm very disappointed, i wouldn't recommend them as their quality control is very poor.

DO USE THIS COMPANY - As what will arrive will not be made to the measurements you requested. I ordered a blind to be 140cm in width and what arrived was 138cm. Coupled with this the chain mechanism to use the blind was so short I could not reach it. I emailed them immediatley with a photo of the problems. Today i have telephoned them to advise that the blind is not wide enough and i cannot operate the blind due to the short chain. I was effectively called a liar and asked to send further photos of the blind. The resolution offered - CHAIN - they will send me a longer chain (fabulous but who is going to take appart the blind unit and add the longer chain?) BLIND - after i have sent further photos and provide evidence that i am not lying about the width being 138 they will order a new blind for me which will take another 10+ days to arrive. BUT - if the blind is around 139 they are not going to replace it. IF I ORDER A 140CM BLIND I EXPECT TO RECEIVE A 140CM BLIND OR WHAT IS THE POINT OF OFFERING A MADE TO MEASURE SERVICE???????????????? In the meantime, the old blind has been taken down so i am left with nothing on the window. Very poor service and would not recommed. I fully expect my post to be removed so i will be copying this over to Trust Pilot etc.

Stay away from this company I ordered 3 blinds and two of them are 5 mm to big, so they are unusable, I have contacted the company and they have offered to replace them if I PAY AGAIN, they are unprofessional, the blinds are cheap, the actual blinds are bad quality you can see where the material has been cut, and the company are trying to steal over 100 pound from me on the two blinds that are wrong.

Blinds2go adviser transposed the measurements when ordering on the phone. To fix their error they offer you to buy a new set of blinds at a discounted price. Terms and conditions ( which are not quoted at anytime during the purchase) say that they are not responsible for any mistake done by them. Always John Lewis for better service.

The 'Magic' blind looked quite white on the website but upon receiving it was more like a cream colour. I phoned about this and Keir suggested that colours very often look different on different computers monitors but eventually agreed that if he had to classify the colour he would call if 'off-white'. They sent me a sample and the envelope it came kin was white and yet the sample against it was quite obviously cream. Was told someone would phone back from Management but I've heard nothing. In short, I would strongly recommend you give this company a massive 'swerve' as there are better companies out there ...... like the one I used previously but alas they don't do the 'Magic' blinds and that's how I got saddled with this lot!!

Extremley poor quality. Shipped from Vietnam so look like rags by the time there taken from the packaging.

Ordered 4 blinds, blackout blind was poorly trimmed but worse still was the large wooden blind which arrived in a carton without marks etc but the blind so poorly protected inside with fittings loose was heavily marked - having waited a week and half for it I now have to wait a further week for a replacement. I emailed them images and called and the one word missing was SORRY......I would have expected I am sorry you have received a faulty item, I am sorry for your convenience but I felt sorry for calling them.. and too rub salt into the wounds they expected me to dispose of the 100 inch long blind...yeh right !! not good and would not recommend.

Poor quality! Bracket started to rust on my bathroom roller blind shortly after fitting the blind, safety chain constantly snaps given the slightest amount of tension meaning you have a very fiddly and frustrating job of trying to rethread it, fabric has started to fray and the weight that's threaded through the bottom of the blind (unsightly piece of white plastic) moves about is constantly popping out of position!

Went to my local shop to order blinds (after having had a unpleasant experience and a lot of hassle with another blinds on line company) I was asked if I have the Internet at home and to order samples on line. After looking through many blinds suppliers online I found Blinds 2 go. Ordered samples from Blinds2go to chose between different colours and they arrived promptly by post in 24 hours. I went ahead and placed an order for four roller blinds, which was so easy and with out any problems at all. All four blinds arrived promptly, delivery was very easy to track. Packages arrived undamaged with the blinds wrapped up all neat and tidy. All blinds are to a very high quality, lovely patterns. I am so pleased I ordered with Blinds 2 go and would recommend them totally.

Ordered these blinds because, couldn't fit normal one's to our doors. They arrived in good time, fitted perfectly and were very easy to put up. They look really great, happy to reccomend this company to anyone, good quality and good service. Regards Jim.
