The blinds themselves are an excellent product and at very competitive price and I have procured these before from here, hence why I chose these again. However this time the delivery tracking was next to non existent until the final day of delivery which was 2 days later than expected. Suggest they change their distributor

After measuring each window individually to the mm the blinds were not size labelled on arrival so very difficult to work out which blind was meant for which window. Packaging was not great. Blinds simple enough to fit once I got the technic right, instructions were not great so took some trial and error. Could have done with a more comprehensive youtube video on how to install not one over simplifying and making process appear easier than it is. More instructions on the final adjustments and getting blinds aligned with no gaps etc.

The idea of installing Perfect Fit venetian blinds to double glazed windows looked simple. However, we found that our double glazed windows have external beading and this meant that they would not fit as supplied. We also found that the video instructions were not entirely correct. We did overcome both of these issues by spending quite a lot of time adapting and cutting down the units to get the end result. Blinds to Go only refer to the ‘rubber bead’ (used for fitting the metal brackets the blinds attach to) and they state that this is all you need to ensure these blinds will fit. However, this just means the brackets will attach. The beading is actually the white trim that holds the glass in place and the black rubber is the seal between either side of the glass. They have assumed that all windows have the internal white plastic beading holding the glass in place. As they assume you have this extra width of white beading, and like us, you have externally beaded windows they simply won’t fit. This is because without that extra beading width between glass and window frame, the blind frame will be too wide (it will hit into the window handle and there are also protruding parts concealed underneath which will hit into the window frame).

The Perfect Fit blind survived shipping, despite the poor over-sized packaging. Installation instructions were just about adequate. When positioning the fixing brackets to the window frame, the advice given is to use a credit card for precise positioning. Err, no actually - This method positioned only one of the four brackets in a suitable place. The other three were way out, and had to be positioned by experimentation. That said, it seems to do the job once assembled and fitted.

Ordering was easy although the prices rose and fall and I ended up paying £35 more because I ordered 3 days later than the first time I looked. Delivery was slow but the site does Kee you informed when your order status changed. The blinds arent as easy to fit as they make out and took a while and a lot of muscle. However, the blinds look amazing and I get lots of compliments. 3 days after fitting one of my blinds kept falling down. I changed the tension to fix it and it was well past the original settings. So delivery is slow, fitting is tricky and the tensions aren’t great - but they look awesome

Blinds were bought as replacements for much more expensive conservatory blinds. For the price the blinds look almost as good as the previous ones although they are not as technical. Delivery was as promised. I was disappointed by the instructions which were emailed to me. These were totally different to those on the website and I really struggled to fit the blind following them. I had much more success following the ones on the website but why two completely different sets of instructions?

Quick and easy service but the blinds themselves leave a lot to be desired. When you spend £400 on blinds, you expect them to be decent. The blinds are constantly coming loose, falling off the clips, the design of them is not the most appealing and they do not block out all the sunlight. That being said, the fabric is wonderful. The back of the house faces west so when summer arrives, the house becomes like a greenhouse. These blinds keep the harsh sunlight off the inside of the house and keeps the house much cooler. It also is great for security.

I ordered blinds for new french doors as i had used this company before. Unfortunatly i got the length wrong! The delivery was promt, as expected, but as the size is wrong and they are mow unboxed in the garage. My fault but costly as i will probably have to reorder from someone.

A bit skimpy also screws missing not as good this time as my previous orders. Will look around now for another supplier next time. Sorry but that's the truth.

Reasonable service. Decent quality product. Unfortunately the conservatory blinds don't fit some UPVC windows well which you only find out once you've received the blinds...

They look good. They're not as easy to put up as they say as instructions and video are not detailed enough. They have been up for over a week but one cord keeps coming out and now they are frayed both sides.

Very pleased with our initial order of perfect-fit blinds for the back door so decided to fit the same to our patio doors. I made the mistake of assuming the depth between frame and the glazing to be the same. When I fitted the new units there was quite a large gap between the frame of the perfect fit unit and the doorframe. I emailed to ask for advice but was told there was nothing that could be done. A quick search on google and I found some slightly shallower brackets (18mm vs20mm) and self adhesive tape available from another company. These have now arrived and I’ve fitted them and am very pleased with the result. Overall a good product, just be extra careful to double check your measurements and shop around if you have shallow units.

Blinds are lovely. Unfortunately the website is not very informative and they cannot be fixed to our windows. This was not made clear and as they are made to measure we cannot return them. Very disappointed indeed. What a waste of a lot of money

Unfortunately we were missing two screws from the frame. However we managed to spread the screws that were provided and made it work. The blinds work really well on our patio doors and provides us the privacy needed but also allows light on when desired.

They look great and I am sure I would be very happy with them but we cannot fit the brackets onto the window

Pre delivery was good. Sample and tracking order, delivery etc. all acceptable. Chose this item as we liked the top and bottom opening, and no hanging cords. However, the fitting was more intricate than expected. Having 12 blinds to install, 4 collapsed within 24 hours, we finally found our own way of installing them, and fingers crossed we hope this works. Installation was completed 10 days ago, and so far so good. Not 100% convinced. I won’t be recommended these blinds yet to others, but hope I will be able to soon, for our own sakes!

I ordered the Duoshade Easifit conservatory blinds. Cannot fault delivery, blinds due to be delivered between 7th and 10th June but they arrived on the 2nd. The blind itself seems a decent quality other than the 'strings' it hangs on, it is obviously quite flimsy and very obvious and tempting for children to pull etc. As for 'easifit', I don't agree, no instructions came with the blinds, I had to download these, the sliders into the window frame are fine but the plastic clip the string attaches to, does not seem secure and does not 'clip' into place, every time I adjust the string,it comes off the clip. Definitely not easy.
