Based in Suffolk, the Cookology brand was created in 2015 to bring high-quality products directly to consumers, without the high prices that come from luxury showrooms. As well as our website, we run a successful Amazon store and many of our Cookology items are Best Sellers and we are Top Rated eBay Sellers.

Our team of expert customer service staff are here to answer your questions and help you to pick out the perfect appliance for your kitchen, whether it’s a brand new induction hob, a stylish fan oven, or a fridge with food for the whole family.

“The appliance came when expected and as expected. It is in place and it is a lovely addition to our kitchen. As it is working to a high standard, I cannot test your company's return policies; but if your returns policy is like your delivery service and customer feedback, then I can expect great standards all around! Many thanks, Steve Othen.”

“Fantastic service. Item arrived brilliantly packed in protective bubble wrap and amazingly quickly. They were also able to provide me with a 2 hour time slot and kept me up-to-date on the phone. The value was also good as I paid just under £10 for a sink drainer that was selling for twice that price elsewhere. Very pleased with the whole shopping experience.”
