“Ordered a cooker hood with a couple of filters. Arrived well wrapped and very quick delivery. Unfortunately one of the filters wasn't included but I didn't realise this until the following day. I thought I would be in for a battle as someone else had signed for the delivery and had not picked up on this discrepancy. I sent an email late that evening and early the following day had a reply to say the filter would be dispatched and it arrived the next day. I am a bit of a synic and feel uncomfortable buying online with regards to security but I would certainly recommend this website to friends and use it again. Thank you for your fantastic service.”
