“So far I have tried the Gluten Free Sausages , Beef Strips , Chicken Broth and Beef Broth. I was very disappointed with the Sausages because of the size and texture, and the Beef Strips were very tough. The Chicken Broth was a small portion but good and taste , but the Beef Broth was a small portion but excellent in taste.”

“Food was well packaged and quickly delivered. All we tried so far was very good quality. I was allowed by the website to order some things that ended up not being in stock - would have been useful to have the availability updated online. Other than that A+ service.”

“The loin of pork I cooked for lunch was delicious, with a good layer of fat under the skin. It was very well packed and arrived promptly. However, I would have liked the joint chined, to make carving easier. I shall buy again. Mrs Janet Collins”

“I would have given this review 5 stars but for the ridiculous packaging! I understand the need to keep the produce frozen and in good condition but my very small order of 3 items came in a huge box and was very heavy. The produce is amazing and very, very tasty!!!”

Hi Richard Thank you for your review. At Coombe Farm Organic we make a lot of effort to be sustainable. It took us a while to find the right packaging and the one we're using is the best solution for us as we didn't want to use non recyclable polystyrene. For our boxes we use recycle card board as well as sheep wool together with reusable ice packs for the insulation. You can reuse the wool for filling cushions, growing seedlings or even for birds nesting - just hang it on your washing line, it'll be gone within no time. Also the ice packs are reusable - they keep the temperature for a very long time and are perfect for your picknick outdoors - just pop them in your freezer for around 2 hours. For our deliveries all around the UK we use an already existing delivery service to keep the carbon footprint as small as possible. “I am very happy with the service I recently received. The meat was well packaged and still frozen. I food I have tried is exceptional and I look forward to having more. I was impressed that I received a phone call to explain about the order and to ask if a slight change could be made. AN excellent shopping experience.”

“A few times the items have arrived partially defrosted which has meant having to cook them to save spoilage or having to throw them away as I haven't had the time to cook them. Contacted the company on this and they resolved the matter with a partial refund and promised to raise it to their couriers. has put me off reordering to a degree. Otherwise am happy with the products and it's great that they are grass fed.”

Hi! Thank you for taking time to review us! We are sorry that some of your items had partially defrosted. As long as the products and ice packs were still cold and didn't reach room temperature it's still okay to pop them in the freezer as they are vac packed and blast frozen. Our packaging (sheep wool, ice packs) can keep our products frozen for up to 40 hours. However the box should be kept out of sunlight. Please get in touch with us to discuss further details. “Very, very nice bone broth. Not over salty just perfect. I have this as a drink & I'm hoping it will help me protein wise and also to help heal my gut. I'm on to my second order now so that speaks for itself. Would like to try the chicken at some point in the future as the pictures really do make it look ever so appetising!!”
