“Great service, and presented very well. Cooked one lot of bones,what a difference whilst cooking them the aroma was great. Have used pork pies very tasty. Also used lamb steak, was really good and very tender. Had pork steaks last evening, can't get over how good they were to cook and added with bone broth gravy fantastic”

“Goat neck mixed with diced goat meat made a wonderful curry; slow cooked, lots of spices, brown chick peas and lentils wonderful. Friends who had never had goat said they would now buy it; said it was best curry they had ever had! Couldn't get goat from local butchers and so good to know meat is sustainably raised, low fat and good quality. Thank you.”

“The bones I bought were great, made some lovely bone broth. But the pre-made (expensive) bone broth I bought tasted burnt and SO salty... Barely edible. Would buy the bones again.”
