“To be honest, I did not like the smell of it cooking and did not enjoy the coq au vin I made with it. In my opinion it is no substitute for bacon. But then I am cooking for my Muslim family and was trying something different.”

“Delicious joints of brisket, flavoursome, just the right amount of fat (unlike many which have too much). Very good value for money. Delivered on time, delivery company texted a delivery window. Packaging would keep it cold for a good while.”

“Efficient delivery, extremely well packed. Almost impossible to get through to the ordering line from the switchboard, but got through immediately (a fluke perhaps) on the direct number I was given when I was beginning to despair. More people needed on the order line maybe? Once I got through everything went very smoothly.”
